took two hours to arrive and not an offer of compensation for the long delivery time. very poor.

Got me an my kids a munchie box tonight an it was cold I called back the shop to tell them an the man was rude telling me I was a lier an put phone down on me so we had a cold dinner I won’t be ordering out off there again as it’s not the first time something like this has happened

Kids burger was hard couldn’t eat

Food was not good at all would’ go back that’s for sure

Worst chicken donner I've had

Was very disappointed with our order it took nearly 2 hours to arrive which I understand they was short on drivers that cannot be helped but the food was very cold and tasted absolutely disgusting the lamb was not cooked and me and my family have been very poorly since eating it will not be ordering again.

Ordered at 6. 35 pm and expected a bit of a wait being Saturday. At 8. 40pm called the shop and was told it was ready, being kept warm and just waiting on driver. At 9. 40pm called again and was told it was with driver but we wouldn't have to pay when it arrived by way of an apology. At 10. 10pm food has still not arrived! Very cheeky to say it was complimentary whilst probably knowing it was never going to be delivered! Won't be ordering again

After 2 hour to receive the delivery they failed to deliver the full meal. Instead of sending the missing items they said the would deliver something during the week, what good was that.. After requesting they send the missing food I was advised it would take over an hour obviously no good to us . Will not use again

2nd time in the last week I have had from here and been really sick & ill the next day. Would not reccomend

Tasted horrible! Was cold

Missed a can of coke out the order, didn't see the point in phoning to get them out with can coke. Food was lukewarm when it arrived and chips cold.

Last 2 orders have taken over an hour to be delivered and the food has been cold by the time it's arrived. The food it's is nice but not as good as it would be if hot.

Delivery was fast but seems to be going down hill with the food

Food was cold and undercooked wont be ordering again
