It took ages to come and when it did it was stone cold chips were freezing

I was totally disappointed tonight, placed my order and it stated 1 hour delivery, 1 hour and 25 minutes later, i phoned to ask what had happened, to be told they were busy, but my meal was with the delivery driver and should be there soon. 30 minutes after this our food was delivered, stone cold nearly £30 down the drain, this place is definitely becoming a hit or a miss shame, as they used to be really good 🙁 forgot to say when I phoned to complain, was told that if I wanted hot food, you should collect but they do not advise that delivery, which costs £3 extra can be expected to arrive cold at an additional cost . Beyond not fresh, chips were like bullets. Shocking.

Food was cold and bhajies tough nd not crisp like they should be

Awesome food last night although the chicken was different!

Had to collect tonight, no delivery to Armadale. As always though the food was delicious.

2 hour wait for delivery and when arrived was cold

Food was lovely......well presented.....fast delivery.
