It took ages to come and when it did it was stone cold chips were freezing

I was totally disappointed tonight, placed my order and it stated 1 hour delivery, 1 hour and 25 minutes later, i phoned to ask what had happened, to be told they were busy, but my meal was with the delivery driver and should be there soon. 30 minutes after this our food was delivered, stone cold nearly £30 down the drain, this place is definitely becoming a hit or a miss shame, as they used to be really good 🙁 forgot to say when I phoned to complain, was told that if I wanted hot food, you should collect but they do not advise that delivery, which costs £3 extra can be expected to arrive cold at an additional cost . Beyond not fresh, chips were like bullets. Shocking.

2 hour wait for delivery and when arrived was cold

Food was not up to standard, delivered wrong order and had to wait 2 hours in total for food that was not worth the money. Excuse after excuse when phoning to complain. Very poor overall after years of good service 😕

The chios were cold and had obviously sat for ages before delivery plus the pizza was luke warm and had to be warmed up in oven food is normally good not sure if we will order again for a while even though we have used them a lotc

Absolutely disgusting! Chips were rank inedible kebab meat was like old leather shoes. Will not b getting food again from here -1 /10 😤

Good tasting food but it arrived stone cold - not even remotely warm. Ordered at opening time but had clearly been out for delivery for ages by the time it was delivered.

At times order is qrong and if honest the customer service is terrible.

Normally I cant fault Kurry king, and order regularly, but was supposed to be a 50 min wait, and took nearly 1.5 hours, chips were cold and hard, and chicken chatts were dry, we had to also heat the pizza in the microwave

Starter wasn't fresh, too hardCurrys were tasteless, more like a stew

2 hours for delivery and two items were missing.

After an hour and 15 minutes late and tring phone them at least 60 times (and at no point did they answer)to find out where the food was it finally showed up.

Tonight's service was a disgrace. Ordered sr 17.43 and said about 50 minutes. Phoned at 19.15 to find out where it was. Told it was woth the driver. Called again at 20.07 to be told it had jusr left.Arrived at 20.23 and only half the order. Had to call again and thd remainder was delivered about 15 minutes later.Nearly 3 hours in total !!

Pizza was cold and the delivery person never looked at the delivery note because I got a phone call asking where do you live?

Pakora were over cooked, hard and dry. Not enjoyable. Chicken on the chicken grill kebab was dry. Not up to your usual standard.Sorry but was not impressed this time

Normally very good unfortunately today pizzas overcooked and the fries where not fresh

Was horrible in the bin after 2 bites

Food was really cold and re heated the quality was extremely poor and our juice was not delivered
