Cold & soggy. Just terrible!

Undercooked and soggy

Food was cold

Carbonara was decent however onion rings were awful. Lumpy, batter hard and did not resemble onion rings. Wont use againHave photo if requested

Pizza was burnt black on the bottom,though after a yr the pizzas mite have got better but to my supprise it was still burnt. Sorry la capana but until you get you pizza cook sorted i will no longer be ordering from you,

U call it loaded fries u really need to go check out other takeaways as that was a kids meal chips and chicken. £9.15 absolute robbery worst takeaway i have ever had

My chips cheese and curry sauce came with no cheese, both my pizza and chips had someone elses hair in both dishes.

In stead of taking the 30 mins it took one hour .The food was cold , the chicken wings the coating was as hard as brick. There was only seven jalopeno poppers instead of eightb. The fritters were extreamly greasy , and over cooked , all the salads leaves were translucent and ineadable, slimy instead of crunchy. All in all they went in the bin.

Ordered extras on pizza ( chicken and mushroom) didnt get either

Didnt enjoy the fish seemed different

Didnt follow the instructions on the special note which was literally written in capital letters so food was barely touched with sauce.

Arrived an hour and 40 minutes after placing order, food was lukewarm at best, food way overpriced as well, shame as was a great chippy back in the day.

Asked for chicken curry and chips but got chicken nuggets and chips with curry sauce and was cold 👎🏻

This place is normally very good but tonight it was awful. Chips Im sure were re-heats and the salt and pepper chicken was so dry and over cooked. Certainly not worth nearly £10!

No salad with the burger and was soggy

The pizza looked like it had or hadnt been cut by someone with no eyes. From what we were able to eat it was ok

Food was cold on its late arrival. Clearly been left siting for a while before delivery. Very disappointing

My order was supposed to take 50 mins. It actually took an hour and a half. Having phoned to find out what was wrong, the woman in La Capana was very abrupt, not to mention downright rude and put the phone down. Thats not the way to treat customers and I will happily tell all family and friends of this poor level of customer service and boycott this outlet.

Arrived lukewarm,not up to usual delivery from them.

The pizza was nearly cold and the topping was minimal. Won't be ordering again

Food wasnt very warm which is becoming a regular thing with la capanna sadly

Fish was quiet dry and the chips weren't much to write home about, had better from you in previous orders
