Reheated chips snd greasy fish not nice

Pizza was stone cold! ate a bit through out the rest

When ordered it stated 40 mins delivery , after an hour I phoned the shop to be told its on its way driver was on route . 15 mins after that phone call food arrived stone cold ! The cheese on the pizza was that cold when we tried to tear a slice the whole cheese topping can off in one !! Chicken wrap was freezing the wrap was wet with it sitting in it so long and soggy , I did contact Scoffable who contacted la capana , who refuse to take any responsibility, they say food comes in an insulated bag , my food came to my door in the white pairs bag no insulated bag , I get from other takeaways , I used to use the la capana all the time , but due to their lack of trying to deal with this , Im afraid I wont be using them again . Maybe they should find out were their drivers are after they leave the shop , as when I phoned the driver had the food , it dosent take 15 mins to get from the shop to my door !!

20 minutes late chips cold pizza like a frisby chicken curry mild temperature poor show

I was prepared to accept the tad dearer menu prices, and the ridiculously high delivery charges, due to the quality of the meals, but my attitude is swiftly changing towards those values. We are excellent customers, but enough is enough. The last three meals have been omelettes, and they are becoming more burnt underneath per delivery, and the amount of side salad, is a bloody joke, as in a smattering of lettuce and raw onion, plus ONE slice of tomato!!

Not great cold and dried ip food

Usually i dont have any issues from here and love the food but tonight i orderd carbonarra and when i took it out the bag oil litrally poured out the paper onto my clothes the paper was saturated in oil

Food was pink under cooked

Fantasy burger was like soup

Kids meal wasnt great the chips were cold and like they had been reheated as well as the sausage

Good points. It arrived earlier than stated and the can of juice was perfect. Bad points the meal itself was cold and the sausage had a hard bit in it. Had to throw it out!! Disgusting. Put me right off. Waste of money.

Food was cold and chips were very dry

Dinner meat was like rubber as it was cold and chips wer cold too

Order over 1h20m said it would be 30mins. When it arrived it was all cold. Half of it went in the bin.

My order never got delivered

Very poor meal:Kids meal came without juice and sweets - as advertised.Pizza was still very doughy and under cooked. Ordered previously and specifically asked for well done pizza - guess what didnt happenWill not eat at this place again.

Food was lukewarm when it arrived

Waited 1hour when the girl arrived she said she was busy at the other end of Livingston not good if you have ordered chips where cold.

Hair in kids Mac & cheese 😕 Phoned and reported it, man was lovely and apologetic. Offered a free bottle of juice and a replacement meal. Daughter choose 1/2 pizza supper. Order came, no free bottle of juice, and ANOTHER hair in that one too! Didnt bother reporting again, probably wont order from here again

Food arrived very late and was cold

Pasta portion extremely small. Only half the dish filled with pasta. Really small portion for the price charged. Pizza cold and pizza base stuck to the bottom of the box.

Topping slid off the pizza during delivery.

Battered fish was rank. Absolutely no way that was freshly prepared.I'll be spending my hard earned money elsewhere in future.
