greassy food like drinking oil food delivered late

Fish was dry and batter was hard :(

It took over 1:30 for my order to arrive

Every thing was cold and had to be binned

Order at 5.20 for a 6.20 delivery and after calling twice the food eventually arrived at 7.30, was all cold. If the pizza and calzone were hot they would have been so good.

It took 2 and a half hours to get my order and then they went to the wrong addressp

Im a regular customer of La Capanna for takeaways. The one received tonight was bad for a few reasons - we waited over an hour past the delivery time, the food was cold, there was no salad on the burger or given with the baked potato (per the menu) so I bought salad dressing that I didnt use. The potato looked very unappealing and had no colour as it was just cooked in the microwave - again this was not eaten and the delivery driver did not apologise for our wait. Not impressed at all with this tonight.

Over a 2hr wait with an estimated time of 40 min

Second time I've recieved food cold and had to reheat

Chips were like cardboard very dry and very little sauce spring rolls were stuck to the top of the container so were unedable

Order was late also not very hot had to reheat in microwave Also my super had about a dozen chips not very happy

Ordered a calzone cut into it for a pool of grease to be everywhere. Wasn't sauce as the oily grease wiped the sauce clean off the meat. Never again

Pizza was burnt underneath and the cheesey garlic bread I ordered and paid for was missing the cheese.

I understand it might take longer when its busy as email confirmed 50 mins and took almsot 1hr 40 but i had phoned to see if i could change my calzone to a pizza and was told it was already in the oven.After that phonecall it took another hour for my food to arrive. So i was either lied to or they stuck my calzone in heat for an hour.Wasnt impressed with it soaked and dripping in grease either and all the pepperoni in on part of it.Dont feel like ordering from here again after this.

The Lasagne was a mess. It was a small pile of pasta surrounded by a yucky pink sauce! It tasted horrible and to crown it all it was burnt at the bottom! The garlic bread also left a left a lot to be desired, three bits were solid and the others bits were soggy!The baked potato was also poor. This is the 3rd one ordered recently and all three were black inside! It must have been seen when they cut the potato open to insert the filling but still sent it out! To finish off on a good note the lettuce was ok and delivered at time requested..Will think twice before ordering again!

I ordered a chicken and sweetcorn pizza and I could count on my hand the number of pieces of chicken and sweetcorn very disappointed.

Fish was cold and doner meat was like rubber. Delivery took 20 minutes so clear food that had just been sitting for a while.
