Food good Delivered on time

Usually great, but this time we ended up with a kinda dried, burnt lasagne. Only the top layer and the container was only about 80% full!! No idea what happened. Usually very good. 😕

We waited over an hour for our order which i can deal with. But when it arrived it was cold (the pizza and the munchy box weren't even warm to the touch). The munchy box which cost £15 had 2 bits of chicken pakora 2 bits of veg pakora and there were no chicken nuggets in there at all. The last few times ive ordered there's been an issue. Last time a whole meal was missing and it took calling the shop twice and over an hour after my family had finished eating before i got my meal. Im not sure whats change in store but ive been very disappointed recently.

The smoked sausage was excellent.
