Dumping uncut doner meat on top of pizza is the laziest way of preperaing a pizza poor

Was delivered before time estimated, however, pizza was delivered with one wrong topping witch was disappointing, ☹

The baked potatoes we ordered could have been at least warm

Received order on time. Ordered kids meal along with adults foods and kid meal came just on its own . No juice or suprise included as clearly states on menu This isnt first time juice hasnt been received. Glad i have fruit shoots at home.

We waited over an hour for our order which i can deal with. But when it arrived it was cold (the pizza and the munchy box weren't even warm to the touch). The munchy box which cost £15 had 2 bits of chicken pakora 2 bits of veg pakora and there were no chicken nuggets in there at all. The last few times ive ordered there's been an issue. Last time a whole meal was missing and it took calling the shop twice and over an hour after my family had finished eating before i got my meal. Im not sure whats change in store but ive been very disappointed recently.

This is my regular takeaway.But the bolinaise I ordered tasted terrible.Not the usual quality.

Omelette was burnt and not what i was expecting from description. Other stuff was ok

Over 25 minutes late not the first time this has happened

The base of our pizza was burnt, so wasnt that great!

The second time I've had a burnt offering for an omellete.

We ordered food at 8.12pm and by 9.21pm no food had arrived. We phoned the shop and were told that the food had been delivered, it hadnt.We were told that they had a photo of the food being delivered so I asked for a copy of the photo. At that point the man we were talking to said he could not help us as the driver said she had delivered the food and he had to believe either the driver or the customer and he believed the driver. This man, apparently the boss, was a disgraceful individual who called me a liar. As if I would lie about a £9 order.We have had food delivered by this shop for many years, but not again.They tried to pretend that the they could no longer hear me on the phone when I asked to see the photo of the delivery.A thoroughly dishonest bunch of cheats. Fortunately they appear to employ a really nice lady, taking phone orders, who then dealt with me and had the food delivered.Imagine having to argue and fight to get a £9 kebab delivered to a house one mile away in an estate with million pound homes.I would advise everyone to be very careful when dealing with this scurrilous company.

omelette kept warm, and late delivery, so burnt to bits.

The chicken was lovely but the chips were awful we left at least 3/4 of them

Delivery was late also meal was cold which is unusual

Placed order at 5 20 was then told 40 minutes still not here 9 30 absolutely shocking

Fish batter horrible and overcooked. Fish was dry and seen better days. Not worth £8.30

The meal was a reheat, and dried out

It took 2 hours to bring the pizza, and when it arrived it was cold and burned in parts.

Absolutely stone cold when delivered. Very disappointed.
