Placed an order with 2 hour notice looking for a schedule delivery to have on lunch break at work. Arrived 20mins late giving myself and others 10minutes to eat our meal. Asked for management to give me a call after shift and been ignored.Seems once they have your money they dont care anymore 👎🏼

Took 1 hour and 30mins to arrive. We even phoned the store to see where it was after a hour and they said it had just left.. When it arrived it was very cold .. my kebab was rock hard. This used to be are favourite chippy . will never be ordering from them again.. was meant to be a treat tea for me and my partner.. I landed up having to cook something instead. The chippy food couldn't eaten and had to be put in the bin.. What a waste of money

The delivery took an hour and a half after being told it would be 50 minutes.

First the driver gave us our salad and juice, the main meal was missing. Called the restaurant who said they would give the driver a call. Another 25 minutes passed before the driver appeared with our mean. Took this and he apologised, driver then left. Opened our food to find out it was stone cold. Called the restaurant again and a fresh order was to be sent, queue another half hour wait so our meal ordered at 9pm did not actually arrive until 10.45pm.

My meal was burnt and they forgot my side order

Todays steak pie supper was really hot that was the best bit. Chips hadnt enough sauce very dry. Ive always gave good review but disappointed on todays one

I ordered a bacon & Cheese burger but only received a Cheese burger and was charged for the former.

Omelette was burnt and tasteless - will stick to pizza next time

My baked potato was raw and uncooked I was rather disappointed as usually its a great place to get dinner from but due to the time of night I couldnt phone to get a new one so have to go without anything as everywhere was closed too so couldnt eat and ice cream was substatue but not told would of preferred a refund as I dont eat chocolate ice cream so its gone to waste thats why I only order the cookie dough as its vanilla and the least milky as I am lactose intorent so its a treat when I do it contains nearly zero but I get give a substitute without checking of chocolate ice cream with chocolate Which I cant eat as one I dont like but is full of milk which is why I order a precific kind Of cookie dough and if they had phoned i would of declined as I couldnt Eat the chocolate one and it would just go to waste

Our order was incorrect.

Have used La Capana frequently in the past and food always cooked fresh and prob best chippy locally... Usually go in person and never had any complaints.Tonight tried online order (both key workers and tired after busy days at work) and very disappointed with quality this time ... Reheated chips, fish not the same quality, and scampi over cooked.... Disappointed

Food was greasy and soggy. At time of order it advised 40 mins delivery it actually took an hour and 15 mins

Ordered a kidsmeal, burger was pink in the middle, margarita pizza had mushroom on it, not impressed.

The kebabs were delivered without sauce and salad .the cheeseburger also had no salad .the chips were all hard .despite giving a great review last time tonight was dissapointing.

Food missing. All I heard was we are really busy. Well we are really hungry!

Food okay. Delivery on time but part of the order not delivered and when it was it was the wrong product.

Food usually great but tonight my food was all soggy cold and the pizza wasnt cooked properly the base was all doughy had to put in bin

I genuinely love la capana always loved their food but tonight i got a chicken wrap and the chicken was still raw inside which put me off. my partner called and they apologised and asked if i wanted another one, i was put off the chicken so got a donor wrap instead so was happy they fixed the order giving me a fresh wrap and hadnt a problem changing it to donor for me. But this has now made me not want to order chicken again just incase
