Pie was brocken up and not fresh at all

The kebab meat was dry and cold, the scrunchie was half cooked and dripping in oil

This is where we always get food from but tonight the food was cold it wasnt great very disapointed this is the first time we have had any problems.

Didnt realise there was a cheese shortage, also the kebab was solid, required a grinder to cut it up

Our food took an hour and 20 minutes to be delivered. The fish cake was dripping with grease. Despite requesting not a lot of sauce on my pizza it was saturated and the top was stuck to the paper. I wont be rushing to place another order

Usually dont have any complaints for here. But when food arrived Tonight the box was tipped side ways and the sauce had all ran into the outside bag and stuck to the box. And some of wet paper bag was inside the box. Was highly disappointed tonight with the way food arrived.

Having ordered from here on a few occasions now I couldn't help but feel rather disappointed with my food tonight...usually its piping hot but it was just luke warm tonight....I received a call from the delivery driver to say she was having difficulty locating my address (as i mentioned above I've had a few deliveries with no problems) so found this rather odd! I'm guessing this could be the reason for my food not being hot!

This was not the quality I am use to from this shop donner wrap was soggy with too much chilli sauce , garlic pizza was cold large kebab with ok and pasta was tasteless and chips were also cold . Usually good meals but definitely wont be back for a while

Delivery was speedy but the fish was awful it certainly hadnt been freshly cooked and was as dry as a bone, it went in the bin. What a waste of money I wont get another one from there.

The food was delivered within 15 minutes within order which is great, but my chips were cold and the fish was cold and over cooked.it was not worth the time, effort , plus good hard earned money wasted because your no longer a customer just get it delivered is what comes to my mind. I wont ever waste my money at this takeaway again absolutely awful👎

Absolutely disgusting.Chips with gravy, was 18 chips, mostly bottom of basket with gravy made from granuls. In dedible, steak pie undercooked.Requested a refund and told no, well my bank said yes.RIP off merchants cashing in on everyones suffering

There was two hairs in the chips cheese and curry and it was cold and the hair in the food is disgusting whats the point in social distancing if people are putting parts of them in the food

I ordered a chicken and donner kebab online, all good apart from no pitta bread. Couldn't be bothered to contact shop

I bought 2 donner rolls, only recieved 1 and when i came back on the app to get intouch they were closed.

Normally an excellent service but ordered curry sauce and never received and also asked for cheese on chips also never got that.

Greasy food Batter falling of onion rings Chicken nuggets freezing cold Garlic bread pizza wasnt cut and was absolutely solid
