Pizza looked terrible once received, hardly any cheese on it, far too much tomato base, overall very disappointed... Looked like it was rushed into the oven and straight out into the box and out for delivery!

Chips came cold, ordered a bottle of cola and got a can even after paying for it £7 for a single fish that came cold and dry. Ridiculous for the prices

Order was placed from 8.10pm delivery, but did not arrive until 8.45pm. Was also luke warm.Really disappointing.

Guy i spoke nit customer friendly upset partner. Substitute for unavailable item was extra chips which judging by portion non exsitent. Said to her profits were up by a third so basically was not interested. We went on weekly basis but wont be back

Waited 25 mins over the specified time for our order. Half of order bagged (fritters and mushrooms) so was cold, and very soggy when I finally got it home. The chicken kebabs only put on grill upon my arrival to collect.Never got an apology for the inconvenience !Ridiculous !

I asked for my fish breadcrumbs soft it arrived the breadcrumbs were really hard I couldnt eat it the shop just had to turn the frier down

Waited 2 hours to receive cold pizza could not get through by calling before or after we received our food. No communication from la capana to explain, I wouldnt have minded the food taking longer if the food was still hot. Overall not happy with the lack of communication and the standard of food. This isnt the first time this has happened so i will no longer be ordering from the la capana

Delivery was late, when finally arrived it was barely warm - had obviously been sitting in the shop for a while before delivery. Shame as normally very good.

Chips where re-cooked look and tasted horrible,salad on burger ends of tomato,roll just broke up

2 hours and still no delivery. Initial driver was clueless and had no idea where he was going, 25 mins after initial call from him and he ends up 3 miles further away from us. Called to cancel, great customer service from the lady in shop. New order made and delivered in 40 mins with complimentary bottle of wine for the issues previously. Food excellent and hot as we have had in the past.

Took ages to come almost an hour however the pizza itself was lovely.

Food arrived over 1hr after order which I appreciate due to being a Saturday night but to wait that long and your food to be cold and chips soggy is not acceptable! The food ended up going in the bin as I wouldnt have even given my dogs that...what a waste of £9.70 and being the first time Ive ever ordered from this place and will certainly be the last!!! Absolute disgrace!!

Carbonara was butter milk and cheese mixed together had no taste layer of oil on top of the pasta. The chicken was clearly fried from the chip shop was not chicken breast.overall very disappointed.wont be back

Took over an hour to arrive. Asked for roll to be added and driver didn't know price I owed for it.

Risotto not good st all - not made with risotto rice and a bit bland.However pizza delicious

Took around 1hr 30 mins to arrive, food was warm not hot
