Took over an hour and when it got here the steak and pepper sauce were in same box as the chips and as a result the chips were all mushy. normally order pasta and it is always great but the steak meal was pretty bad

I told them to call me when at the door but driver didn't do that. Not very happy. Pizza was cold not warm at all and it wasn't even cheesy it was too heavy

Waited over two hours for the delivery love the food but shocking delivery times

Food was an hour to come and was a bit dry

Order placed at 8.05 dinner arrived for 9.30 never good having to wait that long for food

not very good couldbt eat it dough soggy chips soggy total different from yesterday when it was amazing

Didn't get the juice i ordered not only that it was a smaller one, garlic pizza was like leather, could have been hotter

I phoned up on the 14th to complain about a burnt lasagna like I said in the other email I order often and the chippy is very inconsistent with the quality of food they said they would collect it and give me a store credit I have not revived anything from them will not be using them again

I just ordered a lasagna and as soon as it arrived I could tell it was burnt it just smelt burnt I opened it and the top is burnt while the bottom is undercooked it always seems to be avaerage or bad. I am very unhappy about this!
