One of the cakes ordered was out of date

took 2 hours to come.

the delivery was longer than expected, I called up and got an update. I was worried the ice-cream would be melted but it wasn't in the slightest, still very cold and the kids absolutely loved it. Licilicious does not disappoint ❤

it wasnt clear that it was a dubai chocolate bar. there also wasnt the dubai chocolate strawberry cup which mad me upset. lickilisous is getting quite bad now.

Never once have i had an issue with this takeaway, but tonight takes the cake. I put an order in around 5pm and ive only just found out at 10:30pm that half of my order was missing. I ordered x3 cola cube slushies, and only received 1 of them ontop of everything else i ordered. No one even bothered to call reguarding my order or anything. Absolute joke.

The ice creams I had ordered from here today were brilliant! They were very sweet and tasty. Will definitely keep coming here for my ice creams. 10/10

Really long delivery time and when arrived lots of gaps in tub which should have be filled with product Tasted good just should have been full tub and quicker delivery would be better

Order arrived 2 and a half hours after ordering and was very melted. Scoffable were very unhelpful giving updates (just saying it will arrive soon when its already late isnt an update!) so we ended up phoning the store directly in the end. They were very nice and friendly, but clearly understaffed. Food is good so its a shame, but not good when a sundae arrives as half liquid and its passed bedtime!

Instead of biscoff I got cinnamon

2 hours this took to come, had to phone and chase it up and that was a weekday night!! Food nice but not worth the slowness
