Waited 2 and half hours for this order. Phoned multiple times and got told different answers each time then when they driver did arrive he had to bring 3 crates of drinks to the door as he couldnt identify what was an oreo milkshake good job i worked here years ago absolutely shocking management and time keeping and customer service if cant cope with the delivery load dont accept more orders absolute joke first order since new management and wont be back

One of the cakes ordered was out of date

took 2 hours to come.

it wasnt clear that it was a dubai chocolate bar. there also wasnt the dubai chocolate strawberry cup which mad me upset. lickilisous is getting quite bad now.

Never once have i had an issue with this takeaway, but tonight takes the cake. I put an order in around 5pm and ive only just found out at 10:30pm that half of my order was missing. I ordered x3 cola cube slushies, and only received 1 of them ontop of everything else i ordered. No one even bothered to call reguarding my order or anything. Absolute joke.

Order arrived 2 and a half hours after ordering and was very melted. Scoffable were very unhelpful giving updates (just saying it will arrive soon when its already late isnt an update!) so we ended up phoning the store directly in the end. They were very nice and friendly, but clearly understaffed. Food is good so its a shame, but not good when a sundae arrives as half liquid and its passed bedtime!

XL fizzy bubblegum bottles and not the mini ones they usually send (too hard and couldnt eat them yuck) and all the ice cream was unfortunately melted.

The ice blast came half full

Unfortunately delivery took over 2 hours and by the time we got the food the waffles were going cold.

The waffle was cold & soggy, the milkshakes which are usually amazing were part melted but also had wee ice bits. The order was placed at 8:25 and did not arrive until 10:30pm.
