Ordered from here many times and always been good. Got 4x cookie doughs last night and one was way over done. I could actually pick the whole thing up like a cookie. Really disappointed ☹

Sorry to hear about that, our permanent driver was on leave so we had to hire a company driver. The complain has already been forwarded to the company.

First of all I waited 2 hours for my food to come, second of all when the food came it stunk of cigarettes, they told me they would send fresh food out which took another hour to come and I got no apology or anything at the door

Sorry about the inconvenience. The driver was hired through a company and i made sure that the complaint has been forwarded to their manager. But im also sure that you were apologised when you phoned at the shop with that complain and a fresh order was sent away within 20 minutes with complimentary stuff added from the shop as well.

waited 2 and a half hours after delivering after being told itll be 1 hour 20 minutes then phoned twice both times telling me its on its way yet didnt show up for another 40 minutes after the second phone call.

Was disappointed with the monster milkshakes this time. Biscoff milkshake tasted like cinnamon for some reason. Tiny amount of sauce around the cup. Also paid an extra 30p for a milkybar topper and didnt get it lol

Have order atleast 15 times and never once been on time ( and by that mean hours late) Ordered my food today at 7:30 for 9:30 and wasnt here until 10:10 wasnt even the right order in the end

Food took double the amount of time stated originally to come, came cold and was stinking of cigarettes. When i phoned to ask where my food was after it being 40 minutes late, was told it would be 10 minutes it ended up taking 30 minutes longer. Honestly just shocked at the terrible service.
