Ice blast was like water

Good itself was okay but took way too long to arrive, by the time I received it I just didnt want it anymore

For 2 milkshakes delivery took over an hour and a half. Also didnt have the donut box so awaiting refund for that.

Ordered 15 mins after opening and delivery still took 2 hours

1 hour over expected delivery. Really no allot more you can say, doesnt matter what the order is if its going to 3 hours to deliver 10 mins along the road i'd be quicker driving myself.How this company is still in business is beyond me sort youre situation out, maybe pay for drivers

Waited over 3 hours for a very small order.Ice cream was gloopy and received incorrect items within the order but after waiting 3 hours (up past midnight before it even arrived), we had enough so seen no point in trying to contact them since they wouldn't answer their phone when they where open and I had to go through scoffable twice just to get some confirmation that the order was even coming.I understand businesses are struggling with covid but to keep taking orders when you do not have the drivers to deliver is just bad buisness, along with no giving their customers a heads up expecially when an order is going to be 3 hours late!

The sundaes are amazing but 2 hours for a delivery are madness

First time ordering from here for delivery. Food arrived after 2hrs 20 minute wait and driver had given half of our order to the house before us without realising. Once driver had gone back to collect a new half of our order we had been waiting 2hrs 45 minutes in total. Also hair found in waffle dessert which caused second half of it to go straight in the bin. Very disappointed overall :(

The food was good but waiting 2hrs 10mins for it to be delivered is completely unnacceptable, especially when they charge one of the highest delivery rates around. You're essentially paying above average price for a way below average service. I notice many reviewers have said the same but the owner clearly has no regard for his customers as there are no changes being made. I assume their poor delivery service is the reason you can only pay by card, as I would have refused to pay full price with cash for such a poor service. I certainly won't be ordering from here again.

Food was good but delivery time is shocking. Should be allowed to cancel order when the time proposed back after submitting an order is over 2 hours later .... needs more staff if thats how long it takes.

Produtc is good but as much as we understandbtheyre busy, 2 hrs wait for melted ice cream, not great

I ordered if around 9pm and waited it said 2 hour wait and it got to 11:30 so decided just to go to bed as the shop was closed and the door went at 11:45pm not happy as I was ready for bed so it went to waste £22 down the Drain wont be back

The ice cream to 3 hours to turn up and didnt even taste of me Wilppy ice cream and asked for 6piece of galaxy caramel bar but got eggs in stead wont be ordering again as delivery time is a joke

Shocking delivery time,I also ordered a 2ltr bottle of red kola which was out of stock which they did phone to advise me so I asked for a refund of the red kola but got 2 500ml bottles instead
