Was looking forward to this tonight a wee Sunday treat for my family but we were left disappointed.... Waited 2 and a half hours for delivery.... When it arrived it looked like the 3 sundaes were thrown into a bag, they were all on there sides, 2 of containers lids had fell off.. The mint sauce from one of the sundaes had mixed in to the other one making it disgusting and had to be binned, waste of my money thanks... Plus the mint sauce had covered everything else in the bag... Had to clean the containers before we could eat them ..... For the price of these I was expecting something more than what we got, definitely not worth over £6 for these sundaes... Think you need to look into how to transport the items more securely to prevent this happening again.... You have left us feeling every much disappointed and annoyed with your service.

Waiting 2 /34 fir a delivery

Ordered at 7pm and never arrived until 9.45pm by which time half of it couldnt be eaten due to medication so wasted £25 because the food wasnt delivered in time.

Placed order at 6:31 told 2 hours for delivery which is fine! 2 hours 30 minutes later had to contact shop to be told its on way. Owner then calls 10 minutes later at 9:20 to be told they dont do deliveries to fauldhouse after 7pm during the week which is NOT stated on scoffable when ordering. Over priced and shocking service!!

Ordered at 10 past 7 and received at 20 to 10

a treat for kids made a order at half 7 for it to come 9.45pm waited that long time came was bed time. i understand busy but definitely waiting time needs to be looked at

Ordered some ice cream as a treat for my 2 daughters at 7pm ..didnt come until quarter to TEN!! Way past their bed time. Next time we fancy some ice cream ill be driving down to Mcdonalds!!

Had to wait 3 hours 8:30 till 11:30

Unfortunately waiting 2hrs 20min for our waffles they came frozen. Second time this has happened. I know takeaways are busy (i work in a takeaway so completely understand) and was willing to wait the 2 hours but to receive them frozen Unfortunately not for us.

Extremely long wait time and no indication of this before purchase then no one would answer phones to cancel order

Took 3 hours to come for a start! And my ice cream was all mixed together it had been sitting that long!! Joke of a place

Ordered at 7.42 and 11:04 still not arrived. Called twice and both times very polite however dont keep taking orders if you know weathers impacting delivery timescales. 3.5hrs is unacceptable for delivery who wants ice cream at 11pm. They should stop delivering if roads dangerous for drivers.

Waited an hour and a half for a tango blast and milkshake. Absolute joke so will not be back
