Waited around 2 hours for delivery and the order was wrong when I got it.

Disgrace how long it takes too deliverer. Should not take orders if really busy.

Over 2 hour delivery, forgot part of our order happens every time we order.

Found a hair in my cookie dough 😓

Ordered at 9 never came till 11 am and was missing a sundae aswell

took over an hour to get here after the time we chose

The time for it to come was terrible and didnt have an indication about a delayed delivery until after I paid

Nearly 3hours for delivery.

We had heard from everyone that this place was amazing so we decided to give it a shot. It took two hours upon delivery but we didnt mind as we got an email straight away saying it was an estimated 2 hrs which was amazing communication. However the food wasnt that great the crepe was as if it had been cooked a few hours before hand ask it came rock solid and the cake looked was rock solid as well. I would try this place again to give it a second chance and hopefully it is better!

Waffle was freezing

I always order from this store but tonight I received 2 x large tango iceblasts that were 3/4 full. Im sorry but for the price you pay for them you would expect them to be full. I contacted the shop directly and was told someone would be back in contact but didnt hear back. So we will not be ordering them again!

Delivery 40 mins late

Took 3 hrs 15 for 4 item's. No call from them or update. Tried to call buy they had switched phone off. When it arrived very late poor driver was so fed up of complaints from deliveries being late felt bad for him he was a nice guy. Kids utems went in bin as too late they couldn't eat them. Wont use again

I order three things and two of the things were wrong.

Took 3 hours to get here. I ordered at 7.30 and was told it was a two hour wait. I was ok with that as the food is really nice. I called at 9.45 to find out where my food was, was told it was out for delivery so it wouldnt be long. I had to call the shop AGAIN at 10.20 as i still hadn't recived it......At half 10 at night i didnt even want my waffle and i put it in the fridge to reheat the next day. I know everyone is short staffed and reduced staff because of covid. But three hours!!!

We understand that they were busy and our order was going to take longer than expected but when we received it the waffle was starting to harden and the sauces on top had started to slide off and didnt taste very nice. Our ice blasts were half frozen half juice.

Took 2h30mins to get delivered and 3 thing were missing from my order.
