Waited 3 hours for 2 tango ice blasts and 1 cheesecake, terrible toppings on the cheesecake, was not amused for the price of it, Was to tired to even eat or drink any of it by the time it go here, was of money, only thing that was good was phone staff when I phoned up to ask where my delivery was.

Ordered just before 9.00 pm and given estimate of 2 hours which is understandable considering it is a Friday night. Never received the order at all and not contacted to advise that I wouldnt. By the time the 2 hours had passed the shop was closed.Very disappointing as the order was paid upon ordering.

Terrible service.After ordering told it would take 2 hours. Arrives 3 hours later. At midnight. Madness.

I ordered @ 17.45 & it arrived 22.20, after me having to phone them directly. I was advised (on placing order) that I could have a long wait @ peak times so I was prepared for this & when I phoned 2 enquire about my order the member of staff I spoke to was very helpful & polite. However, when my order arrived it had totally melted so the 3 different flavours of icecream I ordered had merged into one ..... NASTY!!!

Order took over 2 and a half hours to come and when it arrived it the cookie dough was cold and hard and ice blast had all melted. When I called to complain I was called a liar by the shop owner and he hung up on me.

Order placed at 8 pm thrn recieved a call at 10:20 pm to say you never had the ingredients for what i wanted, took untill 11:20 pm to deliver, the crepe was cold and soggy only fit for the bin, the delivery charge was ridicilous at almost £5, i will never be using your services again.

Food was actually lovely so thank you. I would recommend that you give a delivery estimate before ordering I wouldnt have ordered should I have known the wait. Once I paid I received an email updating me that there would be a two hour wait we called after 2.5 hours staff were lovely and told just lacking it up. Just over three hours after placing the order it finally came at 23.30 which was far too late and the although what we tried was nice we couldnt really touch it due to the time of night and it being a sugary dessert and Ive drink so all was wasted - money wasted completely

Ordered a CREPE at 8:35, did not come until 11pm! The crepe was freezing cold and the ice cream was melted. Will not be ordering online again

Missing items again had bad experience before with missing items. Only ordered to cheer daughter up took hours to come then missing items never again.

After placing my order, I had a notification that the delivery estimate was 2 hours. Just under 3 hours later it arrived. We had ordered 2 ice cream sundaes, one of which was so melted you could drink it. Keep in mind we live less than a 5 minute drive from the shop. My feedback for customers would be to order as soon as the shop opens to make sure you get a delivery before 11pm. For the company, I would have preferred to have not had my order accepted in the first place so I could make other plans, instead of waiting close to 3 hours for delivery. I understand the current situation, and its great to still offer this service but please if you're too busy don't accept any more orders until you are able to cope with the demand, I would have been happier knowing from the start you were too busy it would have been less disappointing than waiting all that time for a melted dessert.

I know the company busy . But 3 hours wait on my kids items not acceptable . He had to go to bed at 10 pm wont be ordering again. If they cant cope with orders they should be turning machine of until they can .

I experienced complete dissatisfaction with the service received, I placed an order at 19:49 to be delivered as collection is not an option with the current pandemic, I received a call from the vendor at 21:56 to inform me they could not for fill my order as they never had all ingredients in stock I agreed to a substitute and was informed that the order was just leaving the store, I then called the store again at 22:20 to ask when to expect my delivery as it still hadnt arrived to be told that it was just about to leave, when I ask if this was normal timeframes I was told yes and then informed that they werent technically mean to be trading, at this point the employee on the line then started talking to someone else in the shop and ignored what I was saying, I find this service very unacceptable and very inconvenient, I do understand the situation at present but if you do opt to provide a service then give honest and true reflection of the service not lie and disappoint customers.

My order took over 2 1/2 hrs to arrive. I had to phone them twice to find out where it was. Wasn't worth the wait. Won't order again.

Placed my order at 8 and didnt receive it until 10:30, ridiculous for only cookie dough, crepe and some ice cream and then charged £4 for delivery for waiting 2 hours and a half.

Spent 20.00,it took over 1 hour 30 mins which was expected time,when the ice cream sundaes came they had all melted,znd couldn't believe they had frozen strawberries that had not thawed out,the shop is a rip off prices are ridiculous

Delivery was over 2hrs!

Took two hours to make the delivery and when the food came it was certainly not worth the money paid, poor quality all round. Will not be ordering from here again.

2 hours delivery, forgot half our order then took another 40 minutes to bring it up.

Over 2 hours for the delivery. Disappointing when your told after an hour that it won't be long.
