Nearly 2 hours for delivery.

1hr 40 mins for delivery of 2 waffles

I ordered at 8:27 i never received my order till 10:25, i then got a call half way though waiting on my delivery to be asked what other cake would i like as they did not have any rainbow cake left

Wasnt pleased it took 3 hours to deliver my order. I did receive a call after 2 hours that it be another half hour but that ended in another hour again.

Took an hour and 40 minutes to deliver

my order was estimated 1 hour and 20 minutes which o was okay with, when it didnt arrive i have it another 40 minutes until it had been 2 hours and then i phone to ask where my food was. the woman assured me it was a problem with the drivers and that it was being delivered soon after the call. it took another 40 minutes to get to my house. i ordered my food at 19:40 and received it at 22:20. 2 hours and 40 minutes it took and im appalled by the fact i never got any phone calls or anything to be acknowledged of this. i fully understand that there can be difficulties with orders but 2 hours without being told anything about my order then another 40 minutes to receive it is a joke.

Estimated delivery. Was 1 hr 30 mins. Actual delivery was 2hours 15 mins. I know an estimate is an estimate but an update after the time has gone is good. Also ice cream was vee near completely melted.Unfortunately think this will be my last order from hear.

2 hour and 25 minute wait when 1 hour 40 was the estimate. This is the 3rd time Ive ordered online for delivery and the 3rd time that its been upwards of an hour later than expected. Mysteriously every time I call to see whats going on the driver has just left with the order. No 3rd time lucky with deliveries unfortunately so thatll be the last time!

An hour an 20mins to wait for delivery.The dough was slightly undercooked and the chocolate orange was far too tangy, couldnt eat it. Id revise the recipe of that one. The Nutella ice cream needed more flavour.The size of portions were great though!The price... rediculous considering the wait and flavour.

Food was lovely but waited 3 hours for delivery and cookie dough was cold when it arrived..

Ice cream was good but the crepe was really horrible and not worth £6.95. The strawberries seemed to be stewed and were hot and mushy...not what I was expecting. And the strawberry sauce was more like water. So I had a soggy crepe swimming in water with cooked strawberries. Wont get again but the Nutella ice cream was nice

Food took ages to come and when it did arrive the ice cream had melted into liquid and the cola bottles were hard. Iceblast was also melted. Not happy with the service and wont be ordering again.

Delivery could be improved. Otherwise no issues

Took over an hour for delivery. I ordered the malteaser waffle basket with extra kinder bueno pieces. The 8 crushed malteaser pieces were missing

Over 2 hours to have 2 sundaes delivered.

The oyster I received the ice cream had melted was like juice in a oyster 😡
