No communication from shop and had to go collect delivery

Food was good but 2 hours to delivery desserts not good enough. I had to eat just before bed time which is worse than the treat itself

Food was an hour and a half late. Ice cream was half melted

2 hours to arrive for a cold tiny slice of cookie dough that looks like the £1 Asda cookies. Awful.

Ok food was nice but took 2 hours

Took 3 hours to arrive without any warning as the email stated it would take half the time. Order also arrived 50 mins after closing time so was basically ruined.

Took far too long to be delivered as per usual.

Ordered at 9.25. Email saying it will be anything up to 1.5 hours for delivery. Delivery arrived at 11.45.

It came like 2 hours late, the ice cream was like soup. The. The guy forgot the whipped cream so he ran all the way back to his car to them come back stand there for 3 mins then to tell me that there was none in it

Waited 2 & a half hours for the delivery to arrive, after 2 hours I called to check if it was coming, was told the driver was already out on delivery and wouldnt be long. 30 mins later, still nothing (doesnt take 30 mins to get from whitburn to bathgate) we had to phone a second time before someone eventually came. I dont appreciate being lied to and having to wait this long!

Ice cream not as good as it was 6 months ago. Ruffled raspberry was a classic and the choice now is a bit meh.

Took far to long to come

This was a joke ordered at 9.15 pm and never recieved till 11.25pm not happy at all. Ended up in bed for work and had to be chapped up . Not accetptable at all . B4 ordering customers should b given a time of delivery . Not after ordering when u get a rediculous delivery time then it goes past it by 45mins. A refund should be given. I will never order with scoffable or lickalicious again. Regards Unhappy customer

Was an hour later than the estimated delivery time, the ice cream was basically melted by the time it got here it resembled milk, the waffles were chucked about the back of the car they were basically square by the time they got to me and when they delivery driver came to my door she told me that it came to £38.19 so i handed her £40 and she was like oh ive forgot my change, no you didn't forget it, you deliberately left the change in the car so that you could get a tip, its no like im going to have exactly £38.19

Stale and took 2 hours

Was delivered 25 minutes later than requested. Which was 1 hour and 25 minutes after placing my order. The food was cold the ice cream and ice blast were melted by the time it arrived

Waited 2 hours for our delivery, when I called the first time (1 hour 40 minutes after placing order) I was told that the driver has just got back and that it would be leaving ASAP. 25 minutes later still no delivery, called again and spoke with someone with the worse customer service skills I’ve ever known, couldn’t care less about the amount of time we had waited and didn’t care that I wasn’t happy. Won’t be back that’s for sure. Was told the manager would call me back, the shop is now closed and I’ve not had a call back! Absolutely appalling
