Waited over an hour and 20 minutes for a lukewarm rubbery crepe and half melted ice cream. Way over priced for the quality

2 hours 30 mins for delivery after being told 1 hour 30 mins phoned after 1hour 45mins to b told order was just being made not for first time either had a order cancelled at last minute before aswell

Took 2 hours to come

Took 2 and half hour to arrive and cookie douge was cold

It took 2 and a half hours to arrive!

Very disappointed the cake was dry not moist at all defo won’t be order that again however the ice cream was amazing as always n delivery was quicker than stated

Ordered 3 sundaes at 19.10 pm.. got an email to say it would be 1hour and 30 mins for delivery. It's a 10 min drive if that!! It took just under 2 hours and i had phoned to chase it!!!

Food was great. Shame it took almost 3 hours to arrive! Really disappointing!

Ordered at 8pm its 11.15pm and its still not been delivered!!!

Shouldn’t take an hour and a half to deliver not even a mile away then when phoned they were only just getting it ready after an hour and 20 minutes

Red bulls were crushed and leaked over everything conplete waste the bag had ibviously been dropped

I understand it is busy and yous all work hard but it took nearly 2 and a half hours to get our delivery tonight , it was ridiculous I was given an estimate of 1 hour 20 min aswell

It took over three hours for an ice cream sundae and cookie dough to be delivered. I was told it would be a wait of 1 hour 20 minutes which is fine as that was the expected time given via email. Had to phone up twice to check where my order was. No apology or anything when it was eventually delivered.

I was estimated a 1 hour 40 mins for delivery i call the shop after 2 hours was told they were just making my order up and then the driver would be leaving with it i then waited a further 35 mins the shop is only a 2 min drive from my house

Ordered at 10 to 8 shows up at the back of 10 and the send a email saying the delivery time is 1 hour and 20 min. Shocking!! Phone to as how long was told it’s just leaving and it never appeared for at least a hour and a half. Shocking service and shocking delivery times
