food took far too long to come

Took well over 2 hours after been told 1 hour 10 mins cookie dough was cold and was sold 4 packets of price marked £1.25 cheetos when I was charged 5.99 for 8oz of crunchy cheetos

Did not receive my food or my refund.

We have had many good orders from here so dont want to leave a bad review and bring down their rating. Sadly just a bad order
