Cold and hard cookie dough Arrived very late

Never got delivered

By time we got the food it was cold (ordered cookie dough which is supposed to be warm) plus it took over 2 hours for delivery, disappointed

Paid £16 for a treat for me and my daughter for 2 cookie doughs and the portion size wasnt good, have got before but seems size has decreased on portions for the price. Portion didnt even fill the base of the bowl it comes in like usual and was disappointed once opened at home. Value for money now isnt worth it am afraid as cant afford it all the time.

Wait time shocking

Chocolate ice cream was very icy and not sure it was crunchie they gave me if it was the crunchie 1 there wasnt any crunchie in it 🤷‍♀️

Too long delivery time.

Wrong order didnt receive the boba

We always order the same thing and each time something is wrong we got 2 kinder sundaes and there was barely any sauce on them for the price your paying its shocking no effort put in whatsoever

ordered a little treat at 7.30 didnt arrive until 9.20. Wasnt wanting it when it got here,

Food was good apart from the milkshake but we waited nearly 3 hours from the time of order to the delivery less than 8 miles away, will never place another delivery order from here again, first and last.

Took 2 hours to come had to reject at the door as ice cream was all melted and tango ice blast looked like water

We didnt think it was going to turn up. Ordered at 21:50 for it to arrive at 23:30 and the items were melted. Not ordering from scoffable again

Milkshake was off

Too much sauce on waffle was drowning in it. Popping boba drink was vile aswell.

Icecream was melted and cookie doh was cold and hard

2 hr wait for cookie dough and a bag of sweets, wont be back

cold and takes 1hr 20 mins needs to be shorter
