Waited 2 hours for my delivery and phone them for them to tell me he left 5 mins ago and still didnt get to me until 1 hour later And they said he couldnt find the address

Vegan ice cream had a charcoal taste to it so wasnt enjoyable to eat. Other than that cookie dough was nice but sickly at the same time

Ordered from here many times and always been good. Got 4x cookie doughs last night and one was way over done. I could actually pick the whole thing up like a cookie. Really disappointed ☹

Sorry to hear about that, our permanent driver was on leave so we had to hire a company driver. The complain has already been forwarded to the company.

First of all I waited 2 hours for my food to come, second of all when the food came it stunk of cigarettes, they told me they would send fresh food out which took another hour to come and I got no apology or anything at the door

Sorry about the inconvenience. The driver was hired through a company and i made sure that the complaint has been forwarded to their manager. But im also sure that you were apologised when you phoned at the shop with that complain and a fresh order was sent away within 20 minutes with complimentary stuff added from the shop as well.

1 hour 20 minutes longer than the original time . Phoned shop got told 3 minutes away to another 15 minutes wait. Too much sauce on cookie dough that I couldnt eat it .
