Did not get the right bag of sweets asked for fizzy sweets and got gummy sweets

Missing items

1 hour 20 minutes longer than the original time . Phoned shop got told 3 minutes away to another 15 minutes wait. Too much sauce on cookie dough that I couldnt eat it .

Order was wrong and also cold

Advance order of about 3 hours but was almost an hour late because they prioritised orders that came in after

Took 2.5 hours and was cold on arrival . Called shop twice and didnt bother at all

Crepes were like rubber very very chewy and the toffee Sauce was all over the bottom of the box

It should not take two hours for a delivery will not be ordering from them again due to this

waited 2 and a half hours after delivering after being told itll be 1 hour 20 minutes then phoned twice both times telling me its on its way yet didnt show up for another 40 minutes after the second phone call.

Half the cookie dough was missing and it was full of hair

Was disappointed with the monster milkshakes this time. Biscoff milkshake tasted like cinnamon for some reason. Tiny amount of sauce around the cup. Also paid an extra 30p for a milkybar topper and didnt get it lol

Have order atleast 15 times and never once been on time ( and by that mean hours late) Ordered my food today at 7:30 for 9:30 and wasnt here until 10:10 wasnt even the right order in the end

Food took double the amount of time stated originally to come, came cold and was stinking of cigarettes. When i phoned to ask where my food was after it being 40 minutes late, was told it would be 10 minutes it ended up taking 30 minutes longer. Honestly just shocked at the terrible service.

Waited 2hrs 30mins for delivery.
