My. Order didnt arrive

Dilvery took far too long and when the food got here was soggy.

Ridiculous wait times!

Ordered at 9 pm delivery time 1 hour and 30 minutes. The order arrived at 11.30!!!! We order 2 Sundays and we stay on the same village. All the time we have ordered from time place is always the same problem!If you fancy a treat before bed you must make sure to order at lunchtime 😵💫

Whippy ice cream was tasteless. Delivery took longer than advised.

If i got 100 quid for everytime something i wanted wasnt in stock, id be rich.

2 hour wait for 2 milkshakes if you wanna order from here Id order 2 weeks in advance 🤣

Ordered at 8.20pm....finally get order at 22.50 after calling after hour and half later to be told 10 mins... Then had to call another half hour later to be told 6/7 minutes. Sundaes tossed in a carrier bag with cans of monster. Waffle was stone cold. Terrible won't be back

Part of my order missing and was supposed to redeliver missing parts of my order and didnt

Drivers not coming to the door with change. Ended up costing an extra £12.56, should have just told him to take it back at the time as there were 2 ice cream tubs missing aswell.

Cookie did not look like a cookie it was all over the box not good waffle the same way

My order took over an hour and a half to arrive this is simply not acceptable

Didnt deliver my order

2 hours it took to deleiver. Driver said he had delivered 2 other deliveries that came after mine and didnt understand why mine had not been sent out. They called t9 say they didnt have the cake that was requested. Called to ask how long they would be and staff were extreamly rude. Never agagin will i order.
