Found a hair in my cookie dough 😓

It Was a great Service as after 2 mins after the order was due they phone me and told me An update on my order. And then re-phones me When it was just leaving the Shop even it was almost 1Hour late it was Still cold ice cream and Hot waffles. I would rate it 8/10 for Service and about 6/10 for delivery And hotness. Thanks

Service and ice cream was great delivery was on time but although a long wait it was worth itOn down side I couldnt order on there website scoffable was expensivel..

Ordered at 9 never came till 11 am and was missing a sundae aswell

Even after they had a very busy day they still let us come collect after they told scoffable to cancel our order i really appreciate that

Great ice cream

We were very happy with our order and service.

took over an hour to get here after the time we chose

Tasted great however delivery with hot sauce on ice cream means more of a milkshake thansundae

The time for it to come was terrible and didnt have an indication about a delayed delivery until after I paid

Everything was fine. There was a note at the time of ordering that delivery during their busy period would take up to 2 hours. Ours arrived within about an hour and a half but try telling a 5 year-old that they have to wait that long for ice cream!!

Nearly 3hours for delivery.

Delivery said 2 hours but it arrived in 20 minutes and the food was so so good
