2 hours it took to deleiver. Driver said he had delivered 2 other deliveries that came after mine and didnt understand why mine had not been sent out. They called t9 say they didnt have the cake that was requested. Called to ask how long they would be and staff were extreamly rude. Never agagin will i order.

Ridiculous wait time for midweek delivery. Phoned to check progress of order after nearly two hours only to be drowned out by the music in the shop. Once the food finally arrived, half was cold and wasnt at the quality of previous orders

Spent £36 to be waiting until 1am for the delivery to now show. Last time my milkshake & cookie got dropped. Dont order unless u want to wait 4 hours for no delivery
