Ordered at 9.25. Email saying it will be anything up to 1.5 hours for delivery. Delivery arrived at 11.45.

It came like 2 hours late, the ice cream was like soup. The. The guy forgot the whipped cream so he ran all the way back to his car to them come back stand there for 3 mins then to tell me that there was none in it

Got a call to say they were extremely busy and their stopping deliveries to certain areas. Whish isnt fair in my opioion as one place shouldnt be singled out. Apprecatied the call and faster delivery as it was the kast one also they had ran out off a certain item aswell.

Waited 2 & a half hours for the delivery to arrive, after 2 hours I called to check if it was coming, was told the driver was already out on delivery and wouldnt be long. 30 mins later, still nothing (doesnt take 30 mins to get from whitburn to bathgate) we had to phone a second time before someone eventually came. I dont appreciate being lied to and having to wait this long!

Cheesecake wasnt defrosted enough had to leave it for wee half hour however ice cream was good n delivery was so quick

Ice cream not as good as it was 6 months ago. Ruffled raspberry was a classic and the choice now is a bit meh.

The customer service was impeccable and the food was delicious! 110% worth every penny! 10/10 would recommend!
