3 hours and 10 minutes after ordering it arrived!Phoned the shop at 11 to be told would be with us in 10 minutes and it arrived at 12.10 absolutely freezing!!!

I've ordered a few timss before and the quality is usually good. The cappuccino milkshakes are phenomenal. However i received my crepe and its was missing a topping plus most of the caramel sauce had leaked. They didn't bother to put any filling in the crepe so it was really bland. Definitely not worth the price

Ordered a milkshake and a waffle at around 9.30pm got a time frame for delivery at 1 hour and 15 minutes, one hour and 30 minutes later I called up as it was getting later, the guy then said it was leaving the shop and it'll be 5 minutes, 15/20 minutes later went by and still no delivery so I called back asking for a refund as I was going to bed and it was extremely past the given time frame, the guy said he couldn't do a refund as the order has left the shop which is ridiculous he told me 10 more minutes, and said that they only had 1 driver and it was too busy therefore he shouldn't have accepted the order if they were struggling. Said he couldn't give me a refund. It then came at around 12pm and the milkshake was meant to be biscoff but it tasted of banana and the waffle was stone cold and the sauce was brick hard, absolutely terrible service and the fact I wasn't issued a refund

Firstly phoned to tell me they didnt have any of what I had ordered left, then arrived 20 minutes late and looked in the bag and had sent me the wrong sweets

Ordered 4 large milkshakes through scoffable app , received confirmation emails of payment and order , order to be picked up at 9.30pm . Went there at 9.30pm to be told that they had not received any order for collection , then 5 mins later they receive it , so had to wait a further 20 mins for 4 milkshakes , then finally got the 4 milkshakes that were just a regular when I orderered and already paid for 4 large milkshakes. Just a terrible first time experience dont think I will be ordering again . The milkshakes were good though in the end .

Tango ice blasts tasted weird, like the syrup was off or the gas is leaking

Did not receive my food, says it was left at my door but it was not

3 hours later delivery arrived you would expect this on a weekend not a week night

Didnt get delivered until nearlg 12oclock missing the milkshake because the driver dropped it & also dropped the cookie dough which was given to me in an absolute state. Wont be ordering again

Delivery:Terrible , would definitely not recommend. 2 hours. This is why they use scoffable and not just eat or Uber. Rather pricey for delivery £4.15. You get a bus to Edinburgh cheaper. Perhaps minimise delivery area in order to maintain standards.Milkshake:Was okay. Melted a lot and no straw was supplied. Was still tasty but not to the standard expected.Jelly sweets:No problems with them , packed and good quantity for price paid.Personally wouldnt do delivery again. Next time Ill try inside.Thanks

I ordered the red hard jolly ranchers and they gave me jolly rancher soft bites, not happy I never got contacted about the change of sweets

Food itself was pretty good,, however received our dessert waffles, but no ice cream or any of the extras paid for 🙄 Made eating a little dry. Estimated delivery was also 2 hours. Wasnt phoning back for ice cream at 10pm.

Order was wrong, bought items from the menu that the did not even have, attitude is terrible even when they try to argue that from 6:30 till 9:00 is 2.5 hours !!! This may be why time management is not a strong point. Unbelievable then when the order does arrive its not what I asked for. Place is unbelievable.. stay away its a total waste of money, ruined a family treat after a meal. Most certainly will never be back.
