Was given a discount code due to the mess made of my order last night so decided to give it a go tonight again , so just after six i placed an order to be delivered at eight and received confirmation of this so by quarter past eight there was still no sign of order , at twenty past eight i phoned the shop to find out it hadnt even left the shop , it eventually turned up at twenty to nine more than two and a half hours after ordering and forty minutes later than agreed and the shop seems to think this is acceptable

Placed order only to find out after my money was taken there was a two hour wait , i then contacted scoffable and was told my order would be going out with the next delivery but it actually didnt arrive till one hour forty five minutes and the ice cream was like water and the waffles had no heat at all and i have picked up from here before and it got home warm so it wasnt the distance so i basically spent over seventeen pounds on watery ice cream and two cold waffles , what a disgrace

I waited3 hours on my delivery forIt not to show up at all???? Absolute joke, no one answered the phone calls or got in contact with me to let me know

I ordered a fudge wudgy sundae which is meant to have toffee fudge ice cream, scottish tablet and vanilla, but mine only had vanilla.

Ordered a couple of sweet bags for the kids and had to wait nearly 2 hours for them to be delivered

After placing our order we received an email stating it would be an hour and 40 minutes until it was delivered! So we ordered it at 21:33pm and it was estimated to be delivered at 23:13pm. This alone was shocking. We thought it was just saying that as most places do to cover themselves but it usually comes a lot quicker. Fast forward to 23:13pm and it hasnt arrived. My first call to the sweet shop was at 23.16pm explaining that we still hadnt received it and it was already extremely late and a ridiculous time to wait for two simply desserts. She assured me that the driver had left 10 minutes ago and would be there shortly so I leave it at that and wait, again. It then approaches 23.36 and still nothing. So I call again and the call wasnt answered. Bear in mind the shop itself closes at 23.00pm. I wait a few minutes and call again at 23.39pm and the same women answers. I explain the ridiculousness of it all and if she was telling the truth when I last called them the delivery driver would have had my food for almost 30 minutes leaving it cold and the ice cream melted. She said shell call her driver and see what the issue is. She calls me back and says hes heading there now. It this point my daughter whom Im ordering for is wanting to go to bed its her friends and is no longer really wanting to wait up for this as it soo late. The driver then shows up 10 minutes later at 23.48pm. This is such a ridiculous time to wait and Im not happy at all. We waited a total of 2 hours 16 minutes for two waffle desserts and the place is only a 12 minute drive from us. I want this logged as a complaint and a case opened. There needs to be some compensation for this atrocious customer service. Who is expected to be eating a dessert that they ordered at 21.30 at midnight.

Waited 2 hours for it to be delivered to the wrong address, ended up having to go out to the shop to speak to the driver as he said it was delivered. Guy in shop was friendly enough in person, but other than that it was a disaster.

Was told food would be an hour but it took 2 and a half hours. They sent the wrong flavour of crisps. Milkshake was okay. Crepe was horrible. Wouldnt waste your money. Everything is overpriced and not even worth it.

Food took 3 hours to come, wasnt delivered until 00:30 which is shocking for a week day. Food was completely inedible. Utter waste of money.

Missing item

My placed my order at 10.08 pm and I know it would have taken time to make and wait on a driver but I ordered a blue raspberry tango ice blast, a kinder bueno monster milkshake and a popular jelly sweet box. My tango ice blast was no longer an ice blast it was literally just juice and for the sweet box it came in a paper back it should not be the price of the sweets if it is half full and in a paper bag cant really complain about the milkshake as there was nothing wrong with, I have a photo of what was meant to be the ice blast

Ordered a four pack of Mars bars and received snickers instead

smaller cookie dough than usual said it was 100gof chocolate when it was actually 90g aswell

Ice cream looked like it had bleach in it and my cherry ice blast didnt taste good either I was sick afterwards I wont be back waste of money
