3.3 hours for receive a delivery is madness

Over two hours for a delivery is just not good enough.

there was hair on food

2 hour wait to be delivered shocking..however sweets were great

Ordered last night at 10pm and paid by card Phoned at 11 oclock told it wouldnt be long that they were just waiting on driver , phoned again at 11.40 told it was still definitely coming.. gave up and went to bed at 12.30 No call or contact from shopSo £17 out of pocket and too late to make order anywhere else

Food was hard and cold

the delivery took a while after the estimated time, when the items came they tasted good until we found out after opening the ice cream that it wasnt the right flavours so my sisters wasnt very happy in the end the driver came back and changed it for the right one

Waited over 2 hours on 2 milkshakes . Got told twice it had already left the shop , to then call back 20 mins later to be told that they hadnt left so they had no idea why I had been told this. They sent them out eventually . I ordered at 6pm and received my milkshakes at 8:32pm . Terrible service.

Took 3 hours to arrive

I phoned as the website wasnt working they dismissed me and wouldnt let me order by phone after trying for half an hour I finally placed my order to find out it was a 2 hour wait and it wouldnt come until midnight so I had to cancel

It hasnt showed up 😡

Order online told 2 hrs for delivery.Now 3hrs 25 and still no order.Had to call shop twice and still waiting.

Ice cream had melted and one of the tubs leaked into the bag that they were delivered in, this made a mess of everything in the bag, when ice cream has melted then its just cream, not ice cream, do they not realise that this has to be delivered quickly!

Took 3 hours for delivery , ice cream and sundae had obviously been put back in freezer because was stuck solid when we got it , plus half went to waste as kids were in bed the time it took to come
