Took 1hr35mins for delivery and pizza was cold by the time we eventually got it. Didn't bother phoning a third time to complain.

Strange taste to the food wasnt enjoyable

Was over a an hour waiting on the food and they got the order wrong

The most disgusting delivery I have ever had. The delivery bag was saturated in oil let alone the food. Never again. Tried to contact shop in regards to this no response. £23 to go straight in the bin. Avoid.

Terrible. I used to order chicken kebab wrap and usually it had fresh veggies and chicken and garlic mayo and today I got grilled veggies , meat , no garlic mayo and much unnecessary oil. I didnt find any information about any changes. Very disappointed. Will not order again

Food turned up stinking of cigarettes and a £3.60 large bottle of Irn Bru missing. Livi Express have refused to provide a refund for the missing juice so had to claim directly via Scoffable.

Terrible, condiment's missed off the order. Juice was also forgot. Kebab was horrible.staff were rude on the phone.

The single fish was hard as a brick and none of the food was that warm

The order was correct however the samis kebab i ordered stated that it came in a chill and galic sauce yet when i recieved mine there was no suace on it at all the only sauce i gotvwas a small tub of chilli with the salad

Wrong size pizza delivered at first. They then delivered correct sized pizza that was totally burnt with a free bottle of juice. Very disappointed.

Food arrived cold. Prices are unbelievably higher than other chippies yet there is hardly any chips and the food stuck to the bags

They sent us the wrong order then didn't answer when calling back

It was due for 6pm not arrived by 6.15 i called &was told oh its leaving now

Second time Ive ordered from Livvy Express and the team there simply ignore the additional summary notes.

Chips not great. Food packed badly. Not all items packed flat. Delivery driver left food on doorstep. Not great when you cant bend due to back problems. Other delivery driver always hands it over.

Didnt receive one of the things I paid for. I asked for salt and sauce, got no salt and very little sauce. I wont be ordering again
