Missing items

Chips cold and over cooked - perhaps yesterdays chips? missing sauce I paid for, calzone had a weird sweet taste. Their turret crimping round the edge is very odd too!

The fish was brick hard and hardly any fish due to over cooked it was un edible also the chips with the cheese in burger supper were terrible to look at and were not good at all to taste also un edible I was shocked they allowed to send the chippy out like that and the mushrooms were freezing was a total waste of money and I was shocked as normaly a good chippy

My baked potato was so cold.

By far the worst takeaway I have ever ordered the chips were rock solid and nearly burnt the sauce on them was like jelly the chicken kebab was hard and rubbery I honestly dont know how that place can call themselves a takeaway absolutely vile would not feed that to my worst enemy!

My fish supper arrived quickly, but the fish had obviously been in the 'warming cabinet' for too long as the batter was rock hard and inedible. As for the chips .....they were no where near 'fresh hot'. The fact that the supper arrived so quickly should have given me a clue!! Very, very disappointing! I would not recommend this chip shop to anyone.

Omelette very undercooked. Was more liked scrambled egg.

Fish and chips disgusting, batter on fish was thick and gooey at parts, chips were dry and rubbery. Would not recommend Also got calzone, this was very nice, but at £17 it should be.

The food was hot late delivery got a fish supper came in two bits one was lovely other one was over cook and couldn't eat it

It was terrible the chips where cold and where the mozzarella dippers and it only came from 0.6 miles away

Mixed Pakora and spam fritters very over cooked. Tried to call couldnt get through but it was late so understand. Disappointed as we have used them lots with no problem's.

Food was 40 minutes longer than they said. It was only lukewarm. Tried to heat it up a bit in the microwave but it ruined the batter.

Stale food l! Absolutely disgusting

Took 1hr35mins for delivery and pizza was cold by the time we eventually got it. Didn't bother phoning a third time to complain.

Strange taste to the food wasnt enjoyable

The most disgusting delivery I have ever had. The delivery bag was saturated in oil let alone the food. Never again. Tried to contact shop in regards to this no response. £23 to go straight in the bin. Avoid.
