Food was cold the night not happy with it

It tested ok and the Chips not so good and very soft and the Burger temperature was good

We placed a order and did receive a call to say the order would take a hour. But almost 2 hours later we had still been waiting. To say disappointing is an understatement. Usually have a pleasant meal from here but sadly on this occasion it wasnt touched. Baked potato undercooked and cold, pasta stale and overwhelming amount of garlic the sauce had leaked all over the bag and into the other food. Cheese missing from chips, and kids fish cake was so crumbly he couldnt eat it. Waste of money for such a long wait.

The last 2x Ive had to phone To Re-claim items that Ive paid for that was missing!,

The chips where undercooked so hard in the middle and it would be better if curry sauce came separate

Meal stuck to paper was disgusting, very disappointed! I am a regular customer and that is not upto my expectations

took 30mins to make a crep and a rap with chocolate in it and i asked for 3 crepes and only got 2

My order never arrived I want my money back

Worst i have ever had from here. The fish was very very oil, the chippys were the same and looked horrible. The juice was very warm it came had to be put in fridge before it could be drunk

Found 2 short black hairs in food. Cheesecake was frozen

Half cooked chips far to much seasoning off cheese this is not the first time we have had rubbish food

Found bit of plastic in hoagie but told to phone up next day so they were very polite and well mannered ! Just disappointed

No to good the night sorry

The food is always delicious but I have to complain and will complain in email also about portion control£7 for Chips, Cheese & Doner meat and I get Chips & Cheese with two, maybe three strands of Doner meat.We dont have lots of money and share a fish supper and the chips, cheese & Doner with 3 people. So to spend this money and get such a poor portion was shocking

Delivery man was just so rude and had a bad attitude

Driver put bag on its side and curry sauce all out of box so maybe tell drivers to keep bags upright

Chips were disgusting with a couple of hairs , milkshake forgotten (driver refunded) pizza was ok

Delivery was 30 mins late so phoned to check it was coming and told it was leaving now with a complimentary bottle of juice as an apology. Thought that was nice until delivery came with no juice lol me and my son both ordered burger meals but mine arrived on some weird bun which was too large for the burger so majority of it was bread cheese and mayo. My sons was a normal burger bun at least. Never mind Ill just eat my chips - oh wait, they arrived dry and unseasoned despite me asking for salt and sauce LOL what a waste of money

Deep fried pizza was undercooked and loaded fires was burn

The food is always good from here but this order took over an hour to arrive, needed to be opened on the doorstep by the driver to check the contents and was then cold. Disappointing experience.
