I would not normally give a bad review. I have ordered from Mamma Mia several times. I have mostly been happy. This time was awful. The delivery was 40 minutes late. I phoned to ask, the girl , that answered said it will only be a minute., which it wasnt. The food was cold. The chips and most of the food just went in the bin. It was awful.

Everything was burnt overcooked and chips where re cooked and 3 bits of pakora chicken for 28 pound cmon mama Mia I am a chef and I wouldnt even give that to staff for free wont be ordering from you again thats for sure even have a 4$ tip so 32 pound and put more than 3/4 in bin

I do not receive the food I ordered

I only gave a bad rating due to this order every other time i have ordered the food has been brilliant. Hopefully this was just a one off. Guy in the chippy said they had been extremely busy today.

Food is greaing vary had

Usually find the food nice but on this occasion I ordered a pizza and paid £3 to have pepperoni added, the full pizza was burnt slices of it we couldnt even eat as it was so badly burnt not just the crusts but the full inside of the pizza. Waste of food and money.

Delivery time was around 50 minutes,driver was friendly but the food was below average.Chips were soggy and the rump steak we ordered was like a sponge that had been dipped in grease.grease everywhere.

Forgot chippy sauce with order

There was supposed to be a milkshake with my order but i never got it

I never give you a bad review but tonight was awful. Chicken steak and burgers were freezing cold. Chips were ok. Batter was very soggy. Not edible. Some food had to be binned.
