Order came with only 2/3 milkshakes phoned up supposed to have been sending one out that was at 20:34 its now 23:07 no milkshake has been delivered

Tries here a few times and everytime I always feel ill.

Batter was soggy chips looked like they were reheated

Ordered what states a cheeseburger roll, it came battered with cheese inside, which my partner cant eat, staff were quite rude on phone too when I was looking for resolution fritter roll wasnt great either there was next to no potato in batter but not too bothered about that but would like refund for burger

Awful. Truly awful. Thought wed give this place a try but never again. It was so bad I couldnt not leave a review. Lukewarm, soggy batter, undercooked chips. It almost all went in the bin. Should have just saved time and put the £30 in it instead. Would not use again. Would not recommend.

Food was cold

Once again they failed to put cheese on kebab which i paid extra for.Seems like they don't really care about their customers as they have done this a few times now.I don't even bother to complain to them now because it's evident they couldn't care less.

Why would gou keave order on top of bin and walk away. Strange delivery services. Also forgot requested sauce tubs i would have paid extra on deliver if your cost for these condiments cost you tha my much stingy. Anyway gooe my refund processed for cold food.

Go anywhere else. Confirmation states 1hr delivery 2hrs later it finally arrived 1 item luke warm the other stone cold and half a portion of chips in the fish supper. Disgusting service. Go somewhere else

The food was really cold and i have had really bad stomach since i eat it never had a problem with the food before untill now but dont think il be back

Delivery was over 40 mins late and arrived cool (not cold, but certainly not warm).Garlic pizza was burnt to a crisp and the garlic & cheese pizza was nearly there too.The desserts were frozen, i mean they had ice on them.Very shocked really as this is my go to place for any takeaways - really disappointed that the food actually left the shop in that state.

Undercooked pasta , wont be back gradually got worse after initial good food to begin with

Added juice for myself paid aswell and was disappointed when I was only given my food but paid for the juice also

Order lost. No explaination. No apology. Waited nearly two hours just to be met with indifference when I enquired about order that was confirmed by the supplier.

2 and a half hours for my food to receive it stone cold, and also forgot my juice
