Delivery was around 40mins late all food was completely cold pretty disappointing.

They left out my sons cheesecake!!

Estimate delivery was 40 mins I waited an hour past that my delivery came after midnight and food was cold

I was placed my order one time and showed that should be in 40 minutes and I have been waiting almost 2hours. One wrap with salad was soak and haggis pakora came without any dip (twice). The restaurant have poor phone conection as I couldn't hear what the lady said and she couldn't hear me either.

my pizza i ordered wasnt ham and pineapple. ordered a big bottle of juice and there was none cold so my partner asked for two cold small bottles when he arrived home we then realised there was actually two tiny holes in both juice bottles and the juice was flat. ive never once had anything bad to say about your shop i love it but last night just wasnt the greatest. hopefully i can order again.

Donner meat was so dry that was crunchy. Burger was perfect as usually.

The food was stone cold and was reheated from yesterday. It took me over a hour to get in contact with somebody at the shop to which they then laughed at me and terminated the call very unprofessional ill never be back and i would not recommend this establishment to my wordt enemy

Joke of a place. Waited an hour for the driver to phone saying they were here..... turns out here was over 7 miles away in the wrong town! Thennhad an attitude because i said i didnt want that food brought to me as it would be cold. Shdame as the food is usually good, just a shame the service doesnt reflect that.

It arrived half an hour after it was meant to. The delivery driver was so rude and it was cold!

I ordered a burger meal and only got the burger (no chips) and the special fish supper tasted terrible and barely had any chips with it. Worst experience I have had with them before. Was a waste of my time, money and it was such a disappointment.

I revived my order with sauce witch I didnt order

Normally the fiod is good from herr. But our meal was cold when it arrived. The delivery wss withnin time. But the chips were cold and the other parts.were.just hot.... Not happy withis time round

Received confirmation of order and delivery time would be 40 minutes. However food arrived after 1 hour and 20 minutes. This winds me up as the restaurant has the capability to change the delivery time. If it is going to be 1hour and 20 minutes just change the delivery time and jobs a good un. To be fair they did send me a complimentary bottle of coke and the food was really nice. Ordered chicken curry, rice and chips. Curry arrived warm as it was in a foil container and was one of the better tasting currys Ive had recently. There was a lot of veg in the curry as well as chicken. (Maybe more bigger pieces of chicken. Rice was rice, chips were almost cold but ok. I would order again as the food was really nice but do yourself a favour guys and use the ordering machine to your advantage and during busy times extend the expected delivery time.
