Deep fried pizza was undercooked and loaded fires was burn

The food is always good from here but this order took over an hour to arrive, needed to be opened on the doorstep by the driver to check the contents and was then cold. Disappointing experience.

Very soggy and not like there usual standard they were very good

Im torn food is always amazing. And again, it was spot on.My issue tonight is it was 90mins later than scheduled. Called to ask for an update and told it is ready and in next car. Waited another 50 mins from call to delivery

Usually the chip ship is nice but not tonight the pizza looked like it had been throwing about

Delivery was around 40mins late all food was completely cold pretty disappointing.

They left out my sons cheesecake!!

Estimate delivery was 40 mins I waited an hour past that my delivery came after midnight and food was cold

Food was in time but it was frezing cold and the chips had a grit to it

I was placed my order one time and showed that should be in 40 minutes and I have been waiting almost 2hours. One wrap with salad was soak and haggis pakora came without any dip (twice). The restaurant have poor phone conection as I couldn't hear what the lady said and she couldn't hear me either.

my pizza i ordered wasnt ham and pineapple. ordered a big bottle of juice and there was none cold so my partner asked for two cold small bottles when he arrived home we then realised there was actually two tiny holes in both juice bottles and the juice was flat. ive never once had anything bad to say about your shop i love it but last night just wasnt the greatest. hopefully i can order again.

Donner meat was so dry that was crunchy. Burger was perfect as usually.

The food was stone cold and was reheated from yesterday. It took me over a hour to get in contact with somebody at the shop to which they then laughed at me and terminated the call very unprofessional ill never be back and i would not recommend this establishment to my wordt enemy

Joke of a place. Waited an hour for the driver to phone saying they were here..... turns out here was over 7 miles away in the wrong town! Thennhad an attitude because i said i didnt want that food brought to me as it would be cold. Shdame as the food is usually good, just a shame the service doesnt reflect that.

It arrived half an hour after it was meant to. The delivery driver was so rude and it was cold!

I ordered a burger meal and only got the burger (no chips) and the special fish supper tasted terrible and barely had any chips with it. Worst experience I have had with them before. Was a waste of my time, money and it was such a disappointment.
