Chips where like rubber and order was wrong. I asked for no salad and garlic dip with cheese sticks and got salad and chilli dip. They where also not value for money as they were tiny and only 5 of them and soggy given they put them in with the salad i didn't want. Probably won't use again

Wrong order, food was cold. I called up to let them know I waited an hour to get my food. Never again cold greasy food

The battered fish was very slimy and smelled off. The batter was hanging off the fish and dripping with grease.

Worst the mac and cheese ever tried. It was more like pasta soup. There was no effort put into it. No browning it off in an oven no hard cheese on top nothing. I managed to try 2 bites before throwing away the whole meal. The chips i ordered separate as the mac and cheese for the price it is doesn't come with anything would have been ok had they not decided to turn them into vinegar soup. I asked for vinegar and tomato sauce didnt thing they would have drenched the meal to the point it hurts to eat it. I wont be back again worst takeaway in livingston. Do yourselves a favour and go to livi express much nicer !!

The pizza was under cooked

Foods good but the two times weve ordered from here somethings been missing. Such a shame.

1st time ordering from here since it was taken over and we won't be back unfortunately. Ordered 3 things and part of the order was missed. When I called up to let them know they didn't even apologise but did say they'd send out what was missed in the next delivery. When it arrived it was wrong though. The food was nice enough but let down by the poor service, and reading previous reviews now I see I'm not the only person!

Partners Pizza was like rubber and didnt taste good.

They took my order then 10 mins later phoned me to say they dont deliver to boghall and i will get my refunde in due time

Pizza's were burnt. Special fish tasted like a cheap frozen fish in breadcrumbs and chips were just rotten. Was really disappointed

That was nothing like gravy on the chips and the wrap just fell to pieces when I opened and was all soggy

Food came and it was stone cold freezing, no heat to any of the food. Didnt receive the juice we ordered. Phoned up and complained, manager sent out a new order which was very kind of her but the order wasnt even correct. Asked for maple syrup on 1 set of crepes and we received a plain pancake. On the waffle was only meant to be maple syrup but received cream on the waffle. Not very good

After placing the order Igit an email saying at least an hour - tried to call and constantly engaged. Eventually went to the outlet 1.5 hrs later to find the order only partially complete. I was refunded part of the order but when getting it home found the pasta dish to be dried out and obviously having been Prepared considerably before The remainder... the two calzones were if different size and quality.Overall NOT a good first experience of the new owners of a chip shop we have frequented for years!!!
