The food was around 30 mins later than what we were told it would be. Everything was over cooked the fish was so over cooked the batter was like cardboard and separating from the fish.Very poor.

Delivery was over an hour when I live 5 minutes up the road and the deep fried chocolate bar was cooked in the same oil as everything else making it taste like fish

An hour late , just warm and no more ... pizza had a thick layer of cheese on top which looked like an after thought . This is the first time that I can say weve been disappointed and we will probably go else where next time .

I ordered the vegetable pizza which is described as Cheese, tomato, peppers, mushrooms & onions.Unfortunately it also had a lot of sweetcorn on it, I do not like sweetcorn on a pizza.The sweetcorn was the prominent vegetable but is not listed as an ingredient.

Pizza topping didn't stay in pizza, the grease was dripping of the pizzas and the chips. Chips weren't cook right either. Won't be back

Normally the quality and service is ok but last night we ordered a calzone to be delivered. The expected delivery time was 1h 10min but it took an additional 30 mins for the order to arrive. When we started eating we discovered that the pizza was not even half baked, consisting of mainly uncooked dough at the ends and underneath and cold ham, cheese and pepperoni inside. Very disappointing!! We were expecting delivery within 45 minutes. I had to call in after 1 hour 15 minutes to be told order being prepared now. So 45 minutes turned out to 1 hour 45 minutes. When pizzas arrived they were not cooked properly, very greasy and toppings just slid off.

Scampi and chips arrived 'just warm' and chewy. The condiments had actually all dried into the food, had been prepared a long time before I received it. Not ordered from them for about a year, don't think I'll be using them again. Disappointing cause the food is really good when I go in shop.

Waited over 2 hours for food and when it arrived it wasn't the best.

All I ordered was a pizza, chips n curry sauce and a sausage supper and they couldn't even get that right there was no sausage in the supper just chips. I phoned and let them know, this hasnt put me off using them again but was a bit dissapointed as this was my first take away since the lock down started.

Waited 1hr 30 mins for 2 pizzas. 5 mins drive from my home but it was such a terrible night decided on a delivery. Pathetic doner pizza not cooked properly phoned and complained. Will never order from this place again

Took over 1 hour 45 minutes to be delivered then when it finally arrived it was cold. On the upside sfter a complsint they did send the delivery drivrr back with a full refund
