Food took over 90 minutes to arrive. Had to phone to find out how long it was going to be told its on its way as delivery driver had already left with order. Still took 30 minutes the shop is only 10 minutes away. Driver left gate ooen and dog escaped. Spent an hour trying to find the dog!

Waited 1hour 20 mins for delivery

My order was placed at 19.12 - got delivered at 20.55 - which is a little bit more that advertising 45 minutes - I understand that sometimes its difficult to get to the customer in 45 minutes- thats why even 60 minutes wouldnt bother me that much but I think 1 hr and 43 minutes its hit too much

Food was really good! But disappointment waiting an hour and 50 minutes. Delivery driver literally just looked and smiled. No sorry for the wait nothing. Would have left a great review if it didnt take so long

Food was good when it arrived. Pizza crunch was bit soggy though. We did wait 1 hour 50minutes for the order, takeaway only 2 miles up the road and for the food we ordered, nearly a 2 hour wait was a bit unacceptable

1 hour and 50 minutes later food arrived I know places have busy time but that is shocking wont be back for delivery. delivery guy was lovely apologied and chippy never sent my juice delivery guy was right back to get it

Wasnt what I asked for. I asked for salad separate got it in it. Was literally a full onion but up and some lettuce. (Thats not a salad) Also asked for pakora sauce got chilli Also donner meat was dry. I wont be ordering that again. Very disappointing. Wasnt worth the wait or money

The lettuce on the chicken burger was brown!

The chips used to be amazing but last twice they looked and tasted like either reheated or the fat they cooked in needed a clean ....shame!!

Good food!!! But NO extra tub of sauce as ordered as usual!!

Food was good but every single time I order an extra tub of chilli sauce at a cost of 60p I never get it!! Wonder how many 60p's they scam nightly probably adds up to a decent amount at the end of week!!!

ordered at 18:03 got delivery at 21:07 absolutely unacceptable.
