Our delivery team are second to none. We can always guarantee our food is top quality when we send it but if the drivers are crap it's all for naught... I'm happy to say our guys have the same standards we do. Obviously there will be mistakes and delays but it's not because of a lack of effort on my team's part. that's why I'll defend them to the death! As meat loaf once said... "Then I'm dying at the bottom of a pit in the blazing sunTorn and twisted at the foot of a burning bikeAnd I think somebody somewhere must be tolling a bellAnd the last thing I see is my heart still beatingBreaking out of my body and flying awayLike a bat out of hell" It's got absolutely nothing to do with this review but i think somehow it might be cosmically relevant?!?!

That's always our main objective. I cant explain the complexities that go into the delivery process. just trust me its not easy sometimes. we are so proud of the drivers and our chefs. we always want you to experience the optimal takeaway experience... sometimes (due to our unprecedented food more than likely) we can be faced with an overwhelming demand for our product. We won't sacrifice quality for speed, so we have to try our best to achieve balance. for the most part I like to think we do a good job and are happy when it goes smooth and everyone is happy. the times it doesn't work out to plan we appreciate the patience and understanding of our customers. Remember we would be nothing without you guys. And we appreciate every last one of you..

look guy, I'm sorry you had to bin it. if you of left it till morning you might have been comatose! Some of the requested hot curry's we send out might get me locked up from the Hauge! I'm glad you had the sense to cut your losses, but our regular curry is of a quality unsurpassed in my opinion. To adjust it is at your own peril. We do have a vast range of assorted beverages if you need an accompaniment in future. :)

As manager it can cause me actual physical pain to see the size of portions we send out... not just in a financial sense but getting the lid on some of those tubs is mental!! Glad you enjoyed, we strive for your happiness.
