First of all, I'd like to say sorry for your bad experience. I don't want any of my customers to feel offended. You called straight away and told me the delivery girl was very rude. When she came back, I immediately asked what happened. She was honestly puzzled. She had no intention to offend, and she was only shouting up to your window that the buzzer wasn't working. I'm the first to admit the Scottish accent can sometimes sound aggressive and harsh but please believe that she didn't mean any offence or rudeness and this is purely a misunderstanding. She was so apologetic when I told her about your complaint. Megan is one of the nicest humans I've met. She has an intensity and passion about her for sure, and it can come across as harsh if you haven't had the pleasure to meet her. But that is only because she always gives 1000% to whatever she does. I wish that when you phoned, I could have had all the information and might have been able to placate you and your wife, but I needed to speak to my driver first to ensue I had both sides. This obviously isn't the best medium for aftercare but please accept my assurance that this was only a cultural faux pas and that no actual offence was intended. That's strange, usually our Schezuan is very flavoursome. I apologise that you weren't completely satisfied with your dish.
