Food was good but they gave my husband the wrong burger and he moaned about it for a while so check the order

I ordered my food at 8.10pm after calling to find out what had happened i finally received my food at 9.50. The pie appeared to have been in the warmer for a long time and was practically inedible. I will not be ordering from them again.

Aways enjoy my deliveries from Minerva. Food is of a high quality and enjoyed it when trying different meals. Only one small problem a couple of times it hasn't been very hot by the time i recieve my meal otherwise very happy with everything.

Good food fast delivery

Waited 1hr and 15 mins for the deliver which I was annoyed about because we were hungry but given its poor weather outside I understood but then the 3 meals were all freezing cold ! We attempted to pick at the food but it was not nice /edible cold so we ended up throwing over half of what we purchased in the bin. Very disappointed as I only live 5 mins away and use Minerva often

It did take a little longer than the estimated time 80 minutes instead of 50, but the food was 1st class so made up for the wait.
