Food was cold

We use this chippy frequently. The customer service is great. Unfortunately tonight the chicken kebab was disgusting, the chicken was unseasoned and watery. It tasted awful. The new sauces in the sachets not nice. The doner kebab I requested no salad with one and it came with salad, one of the chips and cheese was packed sideways in the bag so it all shifted to one side and leaked oil from the cheese everywhere. We paid nearly £84 for this meal. We usually dont mind the high prices, and they are higher than most. But the quality is usually worth it. Tonight was diabolical. £84thats a lot to spend on parts of inedible food. I have been left feeling nauseous and I really hope its phycological and I am not actually unwell from this.

Usually nothing but good to say about this takeaway, but the fish was stone cold on delivery.

Usually always good with excellent delivery. Unfortunately new delivery driver crushed pizza box, pushing the plastic stopper straight through the bottom and sticking all the cheese to the top of the box.

Chips were perfect, supper was perfect, calzone was a literal puddle of grease, veg/salad was full of brown/off bits too. Calzone you expect greasy but not to the point you bite into it and it runs everywhere.

I paid for extra sauce on two meals and one came with a very stingy amount - I sowed for extra sauce for a reason

Chips were cold

Ordered meal with beer. Beer was sold as 568ml. Beer delivered was 440ml. Same price. Been happening for a while. Thought it would change.

Over an hour to arrive, barely warm. I had to reheat it but still not great.

Delivery took over and hour and 3x fish suppers arrived barely warm.

Meat dry and kebab not put together properly. Nan bread placed on top of meat, very poor

Already cooked chicken, and when you order chicken super, you think youre getting fresh chicken. Well everyone sorry to say this your not your getting re-heats chicken thats already cooked and they still have a cheek to sell you it full price, and say its fresh lol talk about rip of if I could show you photos of what I received, but maybe one day this chippy will learn to cook their food fresh and then and only them it will taste better I will not order from here again what I will say thank you to the delivery driver he was outstanding customer service

Place used to be amazing, its went downhill. Food took over an hour to arrive, I live 5 mins away. Curry sauce was watered down, chips were cold, sausage was mushy and the food generally looked ill. Wont be back, very disappointing

Food came cold they replaced the food and the 2nd one was dripping with grease wouldnt give me my money back

fish was reheat, and dry as a bone. Not acceptable for a special fish supper!!

Took just over 2 hours to come and was coldReally disappointed as we prefer from here a lot. If they are busy they should stop taking orders so they can get on top of it

Ordered the £25 munchie box, when it arrived food was cold, onion rings were inedible (they were over cooked and rock hard), chips were dry, definitely not fresh made. Very disappointed will not be a returning customer

Risotto was bland and rice could have been cooked longer, chip's could have been cooked longer as well.

Never arrived
