Portions getting smaller, not value for money

Food wise my burger was filling although it wasn't like the burgers I normally get from the shop but still very satisfying and the delivery time is much better and drivers are very polite and friendly.... All in all I will definitely be ordering more from Minerva in future

Spent extra for cheesy chips. Gave me plain, without any salt even. Chips were soggy and lukewarm.

The steak pie was grisly, and the meal was cold by the time it arrived. It was also an hour later than the estimated time of arrival.

Really good food delivered on time.

Never an issue with minerva, thats why always go back
