Shocking sevice , waited 2 hours for a delivery , rude staff on the phone and meals were barely warm , will never order from here again

Ordered a Ria pizza got sent a Margherita

Food has been consistently good however delivery was very late. By the time it arrived all food was cold and ruined. Really disappointing considering how delicious and well made rhe food is.

Meant to be a creamy sauce but it was far too funny and def not worth the money

The cheese burger was nice but the chips were freezing cold

Waited over 2 hours on freezing food. They blamed the driver, The driver had no clue what they were talking aboutWont use again.

Found pizza quite bland with an odd after taste. Chips under cooked and haggis flavourless too. Edible but never worth the money. Only used as Vittorio's was closed

Half pizza supper rock hard!!!and chicken burger was yummy and dry with no salad or mayo that I ordered.used this chippy loads over the years,last time Im afraid

Food was cold when it arrived

After having a fantastic and larger order delivered last week, this was a total disappointment not even in the same league. 50 minutes turned to 70 and the food was barely edible, we cooked something else instead. Cold food doesnt taste very nice. Like I said totally opposite to last week.

They dont give you what you order i specifically put in the instructions about what not to put in as suffer from allergies and they go put the food in your order will never order from here again

Always enjoyed minervas kebabs but this one i had was bad, it was just full of fat and could taste the fat lying in my mouth and the tub had white fat lying in it too.

I ordered my food at 8.10pm after calling to find out what had happened i finally received my food at 9.50. The pie appeared to have been in the warmer for a long time and was practically inedible. I will not be ordering from them again.

Waited 1hr and 15 mins for the deliver which I was annoyed about because we were hungry but given its poor weather outside I understood but then the 3 meals were all freezing cold ! We attempted to pick at the food but it was not nice /edible cold so we ended up throwing over half of what we purchased in the bin. Very disappointed as I only live 5 mins away and use Minerva often

Everything was fine this ths morning, now everyone who ate the food has been constantly running to the bathroom and has major stomach issuesDelivery driver was great as always but in these circumstances, the bad out rules the good

Greasy not enough meat bread not open

Delivery driver didnt give me any time to answer door before he knocked again. When I got to door, takeaway was balancing on a railing and the driver was gone. I heard the car speeding away.
