Food was really greasy, great, quick service, no problem that way, just not the best quality.

Unfortunatey meal tonight was terrible which is unusual for Minerva.Steak was inedible. It was so tough i couldnt eat it. Sauce was nice so just ate the chips and sauce.The onion rings were soggy so also went in the bin.

Quick delivery time.food was correct. However was incredibly greasy, grease was dripping off the food. Had to go in the bin unfortunately

Spent extra for cheesy chips. Gave me plain, without any salt even. Chips were soggy and lukewarm.

The steak pie was grisly, and the meal was cold by the time it arrived. It was also an hour later than the estimated time of arrival.

Terrible supper. Put me off ordering again

Everything tasted really odd tonight. Chili sauce was pretty bad. I've had the donner meat from here before and it's been fine, but tonight it tastes somewhat off. Pakoras didn't taste so good. An off night, I guess?

There was 2 short dark hairs in the salad 🤢

Fish batter was soggy, fish itself was tasteless and chips were edible but with very little flavour as was the scampi. Salt had been added but was not requested. All in all, very disappointing. The only thing that stopped the lowest rating was the promptness of the delivery and the politeness of the delivery driver. Cant see us being back.

Chips were hard doner meat was really thick so made hard to chew and swimming in grease

The order and foid is fine, i am mire annoyed that they have increased their delivery charge by £1 thats not good for business.. i will go elsewhere as all others only charge £2

I ordered a donner hoagie and was given a hoagie with just chips and salad with no donner meat. Although the staff were very friendly and corrected it when the replacement donner hoagie came it wasnt very nice unfortunately. First time Iv ever had a bad meal from this chippy.

Got king kebab and was worst one i had no flavour to chicken or lamb and not cooked on grill as normal wont be getting it again.

The chips were stuck to the paper and the king rib smelled like an old dog and tasted rank 🤢 I gave it to my dogs an they werent keen on it either. The worst king rib supper ive ever had.

Everything was cold will not be ordering again from this vile place

Not the usual quality of food .I have learned to expect from this chip shop selection .was over cooked greasy more like reheated give them another try maybe thay just had a busy night started to cut corners no excuse for bad quality food tho.
