Order was cold i asked for salt sauce and vinegar but only got sauce

Quality ok. They forgot to deliver the Drinks I ordered which was the reason why I made the order

Food cold and tasted horrible went in bin ☹

No condimentswhich I asked for, on or with the food. Food lukewarm. Delivery person was best thing about it

Ordered 2 of the chef's special pizzas. Took about an hour to arrive which I suppose wasn't too bad but the pizza base was wafer thin and with the sheer amount of oil from the melted cheese the base turned really soggy and made slices difficult to pick up which was a shame.

We received our foot very fast which was good, but when you receive your food you expect it to be hot but the food wasnt hot at all very cold, not the best

Got a kids meal,sausage and chips,the batter round the sausage was so thin and hard it nearly broke my tooth then on to the sausage itself that was hard it went in the bin,to be honest i think this had been lying on the heat tray for hours,I did phone the shop and the girl asked me if I wanted . Another one delivered but by that time the notion has past,really disappointed but these things happen to be fair although I dont order a lot its the first time this has ever happened

I have purchased from Minerva before and it was good, that's why I was ordering again. However the pie was a bit dry and the chips were terrible. I have a throat condition that causes me to choke easily so I have to make sure my meal is as moist as possible. I will purchase again in the hope that it will be back to the way it was on my first order at the beginning

Was burnt

Normally fresh and good, but this time fish batter was hard on one side, obvisouly sitting for a while in the heater

Pizza toppings were all at one side and chips were cold

I only ordered a wrap and a can of juice... It was half an hour late, cold and missing the can of juice...

Sorry but not nice at all very very greasy in fact i thought it was last nights re-heats

My order had many errors and really not happy with Minerva not reading my order properly which meant there were too many mistakes. I messaged them via their messaging facility on their website and never received a reply.

Delivery was quick and the portion size was great, however the food was so greasy it was inedible and put in the bin.

I ordered an orangeade from here and upon getting my order i never received any 300ml bottle. I called up and said that I was missing an item and I got told that they didnt have any left and they sent me red cola instead. They never offered me a different drink or offered to refund me. They just substituted what they wanted. I think this is appalling as Im a regular customer and they have my number ok the receipt so they could of called me.

Waited an hour, hadnt heard anything, called the restaurant and they hadnt even received my order! Had to wait a further 20+ minutes after that, nothing offered in return for this. Very poor service.

The chips look like they were left from Sunday night, definitely not fresh.. no brown sauce after ticking the loads of sauce button.

Missing items- Rude staff when you phone up about missing items.

Fish not the same king kebab base differant .....not the usual standard
