Made a small order error ans called shop just as it was about to be dispatched.....thet corrected my error without any issues.

Wasn't impressed with the penne pac ante pasta. It was basically just plain tomato sauce with 2 chillies cut up and thrown in. Very disappointing.

Not very hot feel ill after eating it

My order was delivered double quick tonight and was piping hot. Always a lovely meal from Minerva.

They made my order wrong but when I called to mention this they where very apologetic and got the driver to bring me a new meal even though I had collected. Food tasted good once I had the correct order.

Best chippy in Livi. Come in every so often after work at Yodel, they are always really friendly. Wouldn't go to anywhere else.

Ordered 2 chicken wraps with salad only and no sauce. Received 2 chicken wraps with salad, chips and brown sauce altogether. No where online does it advise that it comes with chips and sauce in the wrap and I’ve never had that before when ordering the chicken wrap. The side salad also had dressing on it which I didn’t ask for and was not advised when ordering or given a choice to put it separate. Quite disappointed and since it took so long to arrive, didn’t want to wait another hour for them to redeliver a new order.
