Not very hot feel ill after eating it

Poor quality cold food delivered

Ordered 2 chicken wraps with salad only and no sauce. Received 2 chicken wraps with salad, chips and brown sauce altogether. No where online does it advise that it comes with chips and sauce in the wrap and I’ve never had that before when ordering the chicken wrap. The side salad also had dressing on it which I didn’t ask for and was not advised when ordering or given a choice to put it separate. Quite disappointed and since it took so long to arrive, didn’t want to wait another hour for them to redeliver a new order.

We ordered a 12" meat feast pizza, the pizza was so thin that when you picked it up it all saged and all the toppings fell off. It wasnt particularly warm either.

Waited over an hour and a half for my delivery, phoned just after an hour and was told food was with the driver, when we got it food was cold. The order must have been sitting for a long time as all the grease from the calzone was soaked into the bottom, only thing eaten was my sons nuggets and chips as I heated them for him.

Our order was over an hour and 20 mins to come, I had to call to be told it had left with no apology at all. The food hardly had a heat in it very disappointing

Food arrived nearly 45 min after expected delivery. Food was cold. All in all not a great experience

Ordered chicken curry with rice for my Daughter, half the curry was filled with mushrooms onions and huge bits of chilli plus the rice was a clump of over boiled white rice for £6.50!!!!

Food was cold, there was only 8 chips in the munchie box. We have ordered many times and this is the worst order we have had.

Hardly any chips in the chips and cheese and they were covered in grease/oil & the box was flattened.

Food was cold ordered salad and sauce seperate and it came together kids meals were bad only 7 chips with the sausage meal i got clingfilm in my kebab i will not be using this again

No matter how many times you mark no salad they deluver with salad !!

Baked potato was horrible and my wife couldn't eat it even though they made a new one as they weren't happy with their 1st attempt. My wrap was ordered with no salad but came with salad and sat under the heat lamp for 5 mins while the second potato was microwaved, the wrap was then soggy. A waste of money overall

Restaurant less than 5 minutes away and took 2 hours to arrive, food was cold when it arrived despite being told on the phone we couldn’t just walk up and collect it as the food was prepared fresh for the driver

Pizza was undercooked

Over an hour wait for food, wrong order delivered and one of the meals cold.
