All 3 chicken on our burgers were definitely A re heat. Was disgusting and the only thing ate from all 3 was the chips.

Hi lm sorrry but every single burger and chicken burgers are all made from scratch....not one of our burgers are ever re heated

Completely different drinks given to what was ordered and chips were stale tasting

Today we only had bottles of diet coke as no cans but all other drinks where in chiller. Our chips are made fresh each and every time lm sorry if you felt they didn't taste right. I would always prefer a call to the shop to let us know as if we could help resolve this at the time it would be better for us and you as a customer

Sorry to hear that your food was after your requested time, unfortunately with scoffable we don't get the chance to update time and can't guarantee it will be ready maybe if you call ahead we could tell you but when busy we won't rush to get food out that is horrible and as you said food was good l would prefer to wait that bit longer and get good fresh food.

I waited 2 hours on order and there was stuff missing coulsnt get hold of the restaurant to complain about missing item

ordered a breakfast it came no mushrooms or sauce there seemed to be a yellow liquid floating around everything in the tray when tasted the black pudding it was clear it had turned whole order went in bin

Asked for no cheese on burger and it came with cheese which Im allergic to so it ruined my lunch

After waiting almost 3 and a half hours for the breakfast munchy box it finally came and the food was cold and had missing items, no chips, mushrooms or french toast. I order from here quite alot and i don't think I've had one order where ive not had to phone for missing items.

Kirsty could l ask if you could contact the shop l would very much like to rectify this, and l take all comments good and especially bad very seriously and without knowing l cant fix it. Breakfast came with no bacon, scrambled egg looks grey like it was over cooked. Panini didnt have onion on it even though I asked for cheese and onion. Chips were soggy.

I had asked for paninis toasted and the cheese came grated still on it with not a heat in it, I also asked for their homemade soup as it is usually amazing and was then given Heinz lentil soup in a cup holder, Id have rather been told they had none of their normal soup availible as these both went to waste
